We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

Das Haus liegt nur 15 Gehminuten zu Fuß vom See. Im Haus ist viel Platz und es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem der obere Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Esstisch ist gemütlich. Zur unteren Wohnung gehört eine Terasse, auf der bis spät nachmittags im Februar die Sonne scheint. Julia war sehr entgegenkommend. Weil es möglich war durften wir früher ein und später auschecken. Wir hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung! Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, was sofort für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend. Wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Hervorragend saubere Unterkunft, Einrichtungsstil Mischung aus Altholz mit modern, liebevoll ins Detail alles dekoriert und durchdacht, auch im Außenbereich, wir haben uns gleich bei der Ankunft in das Häuschen verliebt, absolut unser Geschmack. Birgitta und Maikel sind tolle Gastgeber sehr freundliche und positive Menschen. Sind auch auf Bedürfnisse gleich eingegangen. Danke für die schöne Zeit bei euch!

We had a lovely time staying here! The apartment was nice, with a spacious bathroom, and the value for the price was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

Wat een mooie woning. De buitenkant is nog niet geheel klaar maar als je dat vooraf weet en dat ook meeweegt blijft er een gevoel van een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Alles binnen was volledig verzorgd. Ook voor de allerkleinste (2jaar) waren er de juiste voorzieningen en zelfs spelletjes waar ze dankbaar gebruik van heeft gemaakt. De parking achter het huis zou iets fijner bereikbaar mogen zijn. Daar kan de host niets aan doen maar als je weg wil rijden is er beperkt zicht als je links af wilde slaan. Wij gingen gewoon naar rechts en via de rotonde op korte afstand waren we dan snel weer (veilig) op de goede weg. De nieuwe (3 dubbele) ramen zorgen ervoor dat er geen hinder van het wegverkeer is. We zijn benieuwd hoe het bovengelegen appartement volgend jaar zal zijn. Hebben daar zeker interesse in.

Christina was a fantastic host. Super nice and very communicative and helpful. The apartment is located in a fantastic area. Directly nearby their small creek with a little pond fantastic for children to play in the water within walking distance free time recreational park with a climbing tower with a naturals swimming pool, tennis court, football field and a restaurant. Also Christina’s horse stable. There are a few good hiking options starting from the doorstep – we recommend the Gartl Waterfall. And there are plenty of nice excursions with the car. The house itself is in the process of being renovated is in a fantastic conditions and with a clear night sky you can see as many stars as there are. Overall fantastic location for families with small children
