Places to stay in Kitzbuhel

We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was extremely clean and very nicely decorated, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. Communication with the host was excellent. We can highly recommend this apartment and would come back anytime!

The place was really clean and very nicely decorated. The slightly outside location is the only thing you could criticize, but the bus stop right in front of the house and the entire facility with sauna use etc. more than compensated for it! The hosts are also very friendly and always quickly available! All in all a great place to stay!

Fantastic! We couldn’t recommend this Airbnb enough. It is extremely spacious, very clean and in a great location for restaurants/groceries etc. The bedrooms are beautiful with lots of room and the Airbnb is light and open plan. The property is equipped with everything you can require, from a highchair and changing mat for a child to nespresso coffee and additional toilet roll! We loved playing the football table in the evenings. We used the properly whilst we were skiing in the SkiWelt area which wasn’t a far drive to the slopes - PERFECT!

Christina was a fantastic host. Super nice and very communicative and helpful. The apartment is located in a fantastic area. Directly nearby their small creek with a little pond fantastic for children to play in the water within walking distance free time recreational park with a climbing tower with a naturals swimming pool, tennis court, football field and a restaurant. Also Christina’s horse stable. There are a few good hiking options starting from the doorstep – we recommend the Gartl Waterfall. And there are plenty of nice excursions with the car. The house itself is in the process of being renovated is in a fantastic conditions and with a clear night sky you can see as many stars as there are. Overall fantastic location for families with small children
