Monthly Rentals in Kingwood

We spent Memorial Day Weekend here and had a great stay. A little too chilly to go swimming but still enjoyed hanging out in the sun on the patio. Jane left gift cards for a number of cute local places - such a nice touch. Lots of nice personal touches, like a Bluetooth speaker you can use, and records and a record player. Very cute place. Frenchtown is very cute - we enjoyed walking around. Art Yard was very cool! You may hear dogs barking at the kennel next door (there is also a rooster nearby). But it didn’t really bother us. I did sleep with white noise on, which helped.

David's place was great. A very special location, with beautiful views of the Delaware River. We would love to return for another getaway from the city.

Our family's stay at Melanie's place was a magical reprieve from the real world. We were looking for someplace to "unplug" and the Summer Kitchen was perfect. Not far from the quaint town of Frenchtown, but secluded enough to see a blanket of stars not visible in the suburbs. The property is pristine, the house was immaculate and nicely appointed. The hosts have done an excellent job of combining all the modern amenities you'd want, while leaving the historic charm in tact. We immediately felt at home and comfortable - the furnishings were comfortable and understated, and the kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we cooked on site. This is the perfect place to escape from it all, but if you want to pop into town for a meal, we'd highly recommend PiAzzi for the freshest Italian fare I think I've ever had. It was so good we went two days in a row and even our 9yo enjoyed everything (and that is a tough feat!). We can't wait to come back in "woodstove" weather.

We had the most wonderful weekend stay at this charming farmhouse nestled on the edge of a beautiful vineyard. The setting was peaceful and picturesque — waking up to vineyard views and sipping wine at sunset made the whole experience feel like a dream. The farmhouse itself was cozy, clean, and full of character. What truly made this stay exceptional was the host, Ming. Incredibly accommodating, kind, and attentive, he went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy a truly special getaway.
