This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. There are two bedrooms, a sitting room with open gas fire (looks like a real fire!) and dining table, and a television snug. There is a jacuzzi bath and the kitchen is spacious and well kitted out. College View is a modernised stone terraced cottage originally built for rail workers in 1870 with magnificent views across the river to Dartmouth and up the estuary. An ideal base for exploring Devon by car, boat, train and walking. The south west coast path, Dart Marina & steam railway are close by. The patio is perfect for sunny days and sunsets and the loft room is an alternative for those "damp" days. A peaceful quiet spot since 50 steps down from the road with free road parking

Dartmouth ferry can be accessed in 10 minutes by foot and the pubs and cafes are even closer. The SW Coast Path comes through Kingswear as does the steam train & beaches are only 15 mins drive away. Return to the house to see the sun setting over Dartmouth!
