Staying in Fox Cottage was a wonderful experience. Ann was so helpful, friendly and keen to share her knowledge of the history of the property. In spite of being 300 years old, the cottage also had a very modern and well designed kitchen and bathroom, very cleverly designed so it blended perfectly into the old cottage. It was like living in a picture postcard, and highly recommended for a perfect country hideaway!

This accommodation was so warm and comfortable with everything you needed to have a peaceful few days away. it was quite central to the surrounding towns but out of the way enough to have peace . The little touches Giles left were so sweet as in milk and juice in the fridge and the biscuits were delicious,thankyou. We would totally recommend The Swalllows . The only thing we found overwhelming sometimes was the heating . It was very hot most evenings and took along time to cool down so we had no choice but to open windows . Other than this we had no complaints at all and even that wasn't a complaint more so it being December and 15° outside me thinks? . All in all we had a great stay .

My wife and I and my sister and little dog had a great couple of days stay at Anita’s place. It’s very convenient when visiting Ilford park care home, and it’s close to Dartmoor. It’s easy to find if you follow Anitas instruction from the center of Chudleigh, not so much from the Satnav.

Absolutely lovely accommodation top rate Beverley was very welcoming and the place is situated in is beautiful hot tub was lovely pub a few minutes walk away Would highly recommend this place and will be back Thank you both Fred/Sandy Fred/sandy

A beautiful peaceful setting. Nearby Shaldon is a delightful village, with lovely river views and excellent pub and cafe options.

Perfect for a relaxing break. Cozy with everything you could need. Friendly and informative host. A fantastic location with lots to do. We will definitely be back!

Like stepping into a fairytale. An enchanting, well appointed cosy space with spectacular views. Clare was a great host and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the cabin.

Mike met us to check in and was iincredibly friendly, sharing a wealth of local recommendations. the flat was so cosy and the beds!!! best night sleep I've had in a long time. location great for exploring both Devon coastline (Totnes, dart estuary, shaldon) and Dartmoor all in easy striking distance,.thank you so much for having us!

Lovely accommodation, well presented, great decor, comfortable bed, spacious, breakfast provisions provided and great hosts. Lots to do within short drives even the Eden Project was only 1.5 hours away. Great communication from Richard during our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here.
