Close to main shopping area, next door to school oval. Ample secure parking with a large enclosed back yard. Pets must be agreed upon prior to booking.

Recently renovated, large basic yard with plenty of space for boat or caravan. The Cosy Nook is suitable for couples, a family or group of friends wanting to experience a seaside adventure. Two undercover car parking spaces, walking distance from the Main Street, shops, jetty (approx 1km), playground. Cowell boasts excellent fishing/crabbing and we have much local knowledge to share. Fresh oysters also available on request. We live nearby and are happy to help any way we can.

Washing Machine amenities at end of block near clothesline. Entrance to property parking is through Meat Store yard and exit is at top end of block. Single lane parking in front of units. A separate laundry is at the end of the building available for permanent tenants and overnight guests. Clothesline set up.
