We had a truly wonderful stay at John and Francis’s Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality — including a lovely bottle of wine that made us feel instantly at home. It’s clear how passionate they are about hosting; every detail was meticulously thought out, from the cozy touches in the space to the thoughtful recommendations they shared. Their care and enthusiasm really set this place apart. We felt so well looked after and comfortable throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Ardrossan is not a normal to go to place and the town is a bit run down, we were there to visit relatives in the next town, but there is plenty to see near by. The flat is in a residential area and its neighbours live there permanently. They were very welcoming. We had justed arrived and the lady opposite invited my wife and I to joint her in the garden. The garden is a great suntrap from early afternoon to sunset. To be fair every local we spoke to were very friendly to us southerners. The flat was spotless and felt like a home from home. There is everything you need in the flat and it is highly recommended. The only downside for me personally was getting in and out of the bath to have a shower ( the shower was great ) as I have arthritis in my back and ankles but I managed and it wouldn't stop me booking the flat again next time we visit our relatives.

Absolutely fabulous place, cannot recommend highly enough. Excellent app sent to you beforehand with everything you need to know. Check in via key safe, location in a residential cul-de-sac, very quiet and peaceful. The whole house was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds, heating excellent, wifi excellent. Smart tv in living room with all digital channels plus apps. Two comfortable sofas. Fully kitted out kitchen, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave and everything else needed too, also washing machine, a bonus. Bathroom, full size bath with over head shower, sink, toilet and also a downstairs toilet and sink. Good clothes storage (built in cupboard and chest of drawers), in big double bedroom, twin single beds in 2nd bedroom with pleny of drawer storage. Fantastic, quick communication. Overall everything was excellent, I had a two week stay and I highly recommend a stay here. Thank you Ayrshire.

Our stay with Liz was absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly kind and we had wonderful conversation the morning before we left. The space is private and cozy with a beautiful mature garden. A wonderful place to stay!
