Monthly Rentals in Kilham

We stayed for a week at JK Lodge and felt at home from the start. Alan and Gill were friendly and welcoming and we're great hosts. JK Lodge is in an excellent location for exploring both the Wolds and the coastal areas. Our spaniel liked the outside area and the lodge had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. Lovely welcome treats too.. thankyou!

Great base for exploring via a car. Lovely lane to walk the dog. Horses nearby and quiet, apart from road noise ( didn’t bother us) nice house with all needed.

We had a lovely stay at Vicky’s place. More so because of the unreliable weather. It offered us the opportunity to completely relax and enjoy our surroundings; we weren’t trailing about exhausting the tourist sites. We did have a fabulous time visiting some local attractions - Danes Dyke nature reserve and Sewerby Hall and Gardens being our favourites. We also enjoyed letting Derek off his lead to tear about on South Beach at Bridlington. Nonetheless the best bits by far were lounging about, relaxing at The Pump House. Watching the sheep and horses whilst listening to the birds was such a tonic and just what we needed. Derek enjoyed running about the dog field that we booked online one evening - it even had toys to play with which were far more interesting than his own ball! Everything in the property is quality: the bed and crisp bedding, the comfortable sofa, the pans, even the knives were sharp 😀 I would recommend a stay here. It is secluded but not remote and just beautiful!

Had a lovely short stay at this cottage. Joanne was very helpful with giving recommendations of things to do in the area as well as staying in communication during our stay to make sure we were happy. If we’re ever back in the area then I’d definitely stay again!!
