Waterfront vacation rentals in Kiama

Really loved our stay at Anne's place! The location is absolutely stunning, the house is gorgeous and has everything you might need. It's also incredibly peaceful and quiet which we very much appreciated. An issue came up prior to our arrival which was completely out of the host's control and was handled incredibly well. Only thing to note is the little boat shed directly under the property (through the stairs in the garden) gets work done on it by 2 men that use the stairs for access, meaning they briefly come on to the deck directly in front of the bedroom windows. I don't know how common of an occurence this is, but they were there twice during our stay. Other than that everything was perfect!! Very enjoyable stay and we'd love to come back some day. Anthony communicated clearly, he was flexible and responsive. The apartment was home from home with great facilities; coffee maker, crockery, glad wrap, salt & pepper and oil. Shampoo and conditioner and a hairdryer, also washing liquid, all that makes such a difference when you are travelling away from home. He agreed to a late check out which made the end of our stay ideal and allowed us another morning at the beach. I would highly recommend this apartment.

This unit is in a great location and very comfortable

This is a lovely place very short walk to the beach and cafes. Mollymook is a wonderful town with great access to bigger towns with shopping and restaurants. I'll definitely return.

A great spot in the south coast. Walking distance to multiple beaches from Coledale to the north and Thirroul to the south. Beautiful views. Sue was very communicative and flexible. Thanks very much!

I had a lovely stay at Liane and John’s studio. Beautifully furnished, with lots of attention to detail. Lovely to be able to walk straight to the beach and long walkway along this coastal strip.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful, super clean, and just a short walk to the water and the kids had a blast spotting jellyfish, stingrays, and pelicans - such a fun and unique experience! Julie was absolutely wonderful and very responsive, which made everything even better. It was the perfect getaway for our family. Highly recommend!

We had a great weekend away with family over the Easter long weekend! The property was very spacious and on a quiet street. It caters for the whole family (board games, a river to walk along, fishing, water activities, Foxtel and an outdoor area to relax and hang out. The kitchen had all the essential appliances/condiments including a Nespresso Coffee Machine. Great Location - An 18-minute drive to Nowra, 3 3-minute drive to Seven Mile Beach - Shoalhaven Heads, Local IGA, a 10-minute drive to Berry and a scenic drive to neighbouring areas (Gerringong and Kiama). Dianne is a great host and very responsive to all queries. A card was handwritten and personalised on arrival, which was a nice touch. Thank you, for allowing us to stay at your home. We loved it, and will definitely visit again!

We had a great stay at Mark and Sandra’s place. The house is very nice and spacious. The description, photos and amenities in the listing are accurate. The kitchen was amazing, there were plenty of pots and pans and kitchen stuff so we had no issues when we prepared our meals. Their place has a very homey ambience. Mark has been very responsive to queries and concerns. We had an issue with the screen door during check in but Mark was able to sort it out asap. We had a very nice stay at their place. We highly recommend their place. Thank you Mark and Sandra for being great hosts!

Ingela's place is amazing, perfectly located, stunning views and so so relaxing. A perfect place to access the bay and the beach and we were so lucky to have beautiful weather and spectacular sun rises. The house is so peaceful and had plenty of room for our group of 7. We loved the front deck and the fire place, great kitchen for cook ups, and our puppy was very happy in this safe environment. Thanks for having us, we would definitely love to come back.

We loved our stay!! The place was very cosy and had a beautiful view. Kangaroos visited us in the morning and afternoon. Angela was very helpful and flexible. We highly recommend!!

We had a lovely 2 weeks at Luke’s place. The house is huge. Has everything you need. Plenty of space for the whole family. It’s peaceful and quiet.

Xiao and Tim were wonderful hosts, warm, friendly, and welcoming. Their home was spotless, and the room was immaculate, comfortable, and perfectly air-conditioned—just what we needed during the hot weather. The patio was a lovely spot to relax, and for fellow dog lovers, cuddles with their adorable pups, Lotus and Phoenix, were an added treat (at your discretion). The complex also offered fantastic amenities, including a beautiful outdoor heated pool and a well-equipped gym. The location is also excellent! Right on the harbour and a short walking distance to a variety of restaurants and stunning beaches. A fantastic stay—I highly recommend it!

It’s a simple 1960s or 70s flatblock. But Jack has set it up really well. Light, clean, feels really good. Nice little things like coffee machine and nice toiletries. Close to the action. Good place to stay.

I stay in Julia’s apartment whenever I come to Cronulla. The views are spellbinding. I never tire of watching the surfers and the Rockpool is directly under the building so great for exercise. Everything is squeaky clean and two comfortable bedrooms await. Cafes and the mall are also close by. The treats are a welcome special surprise. I will visit again but book early because this place is everyone’s favourite.
