Vacation rentals with beach access in Kiama

Joanne has a created a very stylish and well laid out apartment in Kiama Downs, a short drive from Kiama centre. Beautifully clean with some special touches and all mod cons plus has a refreshing pool on the property. The upper apartment is so well positioned close to beach, walks and local cafe and IGA. We enjoyed our girls weekend listening to the waves and relaxing in this beautiful home away from home, and would highly recommend.

Surfrider was the perfect location for a peaceful couples’ getaway. Right across the road from the beach, quiet area and close to shops and restaurants. The place was perfect with a lovely bedroom, living space, kitchen and bathroom with all you need! Diana was a wonderful and friendly host. Would highly recommend this beautiful spot!

Your thoughtful touches made us feel completely at home, and the house was spotless. The location was amazing! Very cosy and tidy, in a lovely setting, and only a short stroll from the beach. Nicky and Gary were always willing to address our enquiries. We will most definitely be back.

Absolutely loved our stay - it was so close to the beach! The place was very neat and clean and the hosts thought of all the extra amenities that we could possibly need! The little folder of local restaurants and pubs was very handy too! It was so lovely meeting Liane in person - she was very responsive and we had no trouble at all! Thank you :)

What a wonderful great little gem! Close to the beach, only about 5 min walk. All surrounding locations are beautiful as well. Melissa was a wonderful host. Made our stay nice, comfortable and something to remember.

One of the best Airbnb stays we have had in the recent times. Everything was pitch perfect. Just about 90 mins drive, away yet not so far ! And as soon as you enter you are just at home! Best part we were treated by two whales ! Just the place when you want to unwind. Take the coastal walk, relax in the jacuzzi, bbq and then just sit back and the massage chair do the job ! All while the listening to the sea. Jason was extra careful with the instructions and provided all the information beforehand to make our visit seamless. Thanks for a wonderful short vacay!!

Fantastic beach house - we only had a short stay but this house has everything you could possibly need for a longer stay also. Perfect location across road from playground and beach, very comfortable beds, clean, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. A fabulous ‘beach shack’ full of comfort and character! We would definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely incredible stay! This Airbnb has exceeded our expectations! Location is perfect, house is fabulous, Ben has been super thoughtful and accommodating, complimentary resources that absolutely surprised me and made the house truely feel like home ! Not the mention the spa/pool entertainment area and Sonos sound system was the perfect pair for entertaining our friends. This places was lovely to stay with our dogs. Amanda was very accommodating when we explained we need to attend a medical appointment and could we leave a trailer for a couple of hours after check out. The places was clean and nice and close to the beach. We highly recommend this accommodation.

The Cottage was perfect. Bought as a gift for my parents, they and their friends had a wonderful time and were raving about the beautiful interiors, the cleanliness and the location. They loved every second! Gavin was so easy to communicate with and super helpful. We would definitely book again!

Had a fabulous weekend with 4 couples. It felt like home immediately. The space is so relaxing and encouraged connection between friends. We had both warm and cold weather, and rain, and the house was a great place to be at all times. The ocean view is magic (we saw whales!), the tennis court is surrounded by the gum trees of the Royal National Park. Everyone left feeling happy and relaxed. Surprise highlights included the cosy lounge room with fireplace, the poolside speaker system and the fully stocked kitchen. We can’t wait to come back!

Dane’s place is great; it’s close to some really excellent restaurants, the shops, the beach, and has lovely views of the mountains from the upstairs living room area. I loved the coffee Dane provided: beans, grinder and espresso machine made for a really good coffee. Dane and Jan were really responsive, helpful and flexible, and I highly recommend their place for a great stay in Wollongong.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Kristen’s place. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean! The surroundings were breathtaking. Kristen was a very accommodating host, always replied quickly with any questions and was helpful with specific needs. Would 100% recommend and I can’t wait to book with her again!!
