Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kiama

One of the best Airbnb stays we have had in the recent times. Everything was pitch perfect. Just about 90 mins drive, away yet not so far ! And as soon as you enter you are just at home! Best part we were treated by two whales ! Just the place when you want to unwind. Take the coastal walk, relax in the jacuzzi, bbq and then just sit back and the massage chair do the job ! All while the listening to the sea. Jason was extra careful with the instructions and provided all the information beforehand to make our visit seamless. Thanks for a wonderful short vacay!!

Fantastic beach house - we only had a short stay but this house has everything you could possibly need for a longer stay also. Perfect location across road from playground and beach, very comfortable beds, clean, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. A fabulous ‘beach shack’ full of comfort and character! We would definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely incredible stay! This Airbnb has exceeded our expectations! Location is perfect, house is fabulous, Ben has been super thoughtful and accommodating, complimentary resources that absolutely surprised me and made the house truely feel like home ! Not the mention the spa/pool entertainment area and Sonos sound system was the perfect pair for entertaining our friends. This places was lovely to stay with our dogs. Amanda was very accommodating when we explained we need to attend a medical appointment and could we leave a trailer for a couple of hours after check out. The places was clean and nice and close to the beach. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Lovely house with very thoughtful amenities. So much was included and it was a lovely home away from home. We had 4 adults and two small dogs and everyone had a lovely time. Great location to different beaches including dog-friendly options and great dining options too! Highly recommend! We will definitely book again.

The Cottage was perfect. Bought as a gift for my parents, they and their friends had a wonderful time and were raving about the beautiful interiors, the cleanliness and the location. They loved every second! Gavin was so easy to communicate with and super helpful. We would definitely book again!

We’ve been to Chris and Therese’s place a few times now and it never fails to impress. The house is always immaculate, the view spectacular and the location with all of its wonderful beaches is amazing. The bed is very comfortable and the wifi is great.

We had a beautiful stay here, the weather wasn’t great - rained a lot! However it just meant we could spend longer lounging around within the gorgeous Airbnb using the spa and relaxing without feeling guilty for it! Location is perfect too. Kate was also always helpful with recommendations. Anything you need is within the Airbnb, from umbrellas to beach towels. Will definitely be back!

This is one of the few times that the pictures and description matched reality exactly. This beautiful place straddles the line between beachfront hotel and Aussie home perfect. The area is so leisurely exotic yet we felt right at home. We had stunning sea views and breathtaking sunrises and was literally just a short walk to a life- guarded beach. With a slow walk on the rock shelf, perhaps 5min from the beach was the most surreal natural rock-pool that we spent the entire day lounging in; alone! We come down to the area every year but this was by far the best. Thank you Jan for a fantastic weekend.

Absolutely loved our stay - it was so close to the beach! The place was very neat and clean and the hosts thought of all the extra amenities that we could possibly need! The little folder of local restaurants and pubs was very handy too! It was so lovely meeting Liane in person - she was very responsive and we had no trouble at all! Thank you :)

Had a great time at Debbie's place. Great set up, lots of room and well equipped. Enjoyed brekkie on the deck, views of Jervis Bay, bikes, and ping pong. Excellent location to enjoy all that fabulous Jervis Bay has ot offer. HIghly recommended and hope to visit again

We absolutely loved our stay, the place was gorgeous and very clean and tidy. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to. Mick was very helpful and responsive.

Milo’s place was fantastic Very comfy Great amenities Good value Loved all the extra goodies on the lounge room table and drinks in the fridge along with selection of coffee Everything you could need along with body wash, shampoo and conditioner I will definitely stay again if heading down that way Good luck Milo and family with future bookings

Dane’s place is great; it’s close to some really excellent restaurants, the shops, the beach, and has lovely views of the mountains from the upstairs living room area. I loved the coffee Dane provided: beans, grinder and espresso machine made for a really good coffee. Dane and Jan were really responsive, helpful and flexible, and I highly recommend their place for a great stay in Wollongong.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Kristen’s place. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean! The surroundings were breathtaking. Kristen was a very accommodating host, always replied quickly with any questions and was helpful with specific needs. Would 100% recommend and I can’t wait to book with her again!!

Kathryn was a great communicator and always responded to my questions. A nice touch with milk, wine and Tim tams on arrival. Home was beautiful and pristine! So so clean! We loved our stay! Would definitely recommend! Thanks Kathryn!

Lovely and quiet little place with everything you need for a short time away from home. The only thing I could have added was more coat hangers as I like to unpack everything from my bag.
