We had a lovely stay in this fantastic house. Plenty of space for a group of us and lots of fun with the activities, such as table tennis and tennis. I can imagine a stay when the swimming pool is available would be terrific. The house was comfortable and warm and very well equipped. A peaceful country village location and a short drive to Thornbury. The owner was very friendly, helpful and welcoming, and always quick to respond to any queries. Hopefully we'll get a chance to visit again sometime. Thank you.

We were an extended family of 12, with young children and retirees. The house was exactly as described, and the perfect venue for a few days of rest, relaxation and reconnection. The house was spotless with high quality bed linen and towels. The mattresses and furniture were of a quality way above the standard cookie-cutter holiday rental basics. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments, tea and offee, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The heated swimming pool was the perfect size for a group of kids to burn off some energy. All in all, the house far exceeded our expectations. Rob was responsive and friendly. We look forward to visiting again.

This is our go to place in Bristol when we visit family and it does the trick every time. It’s comfortable, homely, well equipped and Lois is a great host. I’m sure we’ll be back again.

This is a wonderful house, full of character and in a brilliant location. We have been to Freshford several times and love it. It was especially great to be near the train station this time and we enjoyed the convenience of getting in easily to Bath city centre. The house is comfortable and warm, really well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend this place and hope to return in the warmer weather when we can use the pool! There are loads of fabulous walks around and also the Freshford Inn serves a great Sunday lunch.

Our family had a great time at Matt's house. Beautiful pool and very peaceful farm area. Five Miles from Bath and a wonderful pub down the road. We appreciated the early check in and warm welcome from Donna. The pool and hot tub were looked at daily and kept very clean Would stay again on our next trip.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Garden House, immaculate accommodation in a beautiful setting. Such comfortable beds and beautifully crisps sheets - the photos don’t do the Master bedroom justice as it’s absolutely stunning. The layout was perfect for our family with plenty of bathrooms. The added bonus of the pool which we could book for our personal use was lovely. Very handy to get to Glastonbury and Wells and the surrounding areas. The kitchen was cute and well equipped. The open fire was lovely too although with such a good heating system we only used it a couple of times. We all loved our time there and we will definitely be going back.

We stayed at Emma's house for a family weekend, it was perfect. The kids loved the pool, the tennis court was really fun, the house was spacious and beautiful. Emma was really helpful. the beds were comfy, the kitchen was fabulous. Thanks so much for a perfect weekend.

cosy, private, spotless! exactly what I was after for a couple of nights of peace and quiet.

We stayed nearly a week at this AirBnb with a big group of family and it was absolutely perfect. Pearl and family were so friendly and responsive to all our questions before and during our stay. The house was so lovely and had everything we needed to cook and relax and enjoy the surroundings. The on-street parking was very easy for the 2 cars we brought. The photos of the house don't do to justice! I would recommend this house and host to anyone.

We visted for a relaxing New Year break. This is a beautiful cottage in quiet surroundings with everything you might need for a short break. Super comfy beds, log burner and a well equipted kitchen with lots of information about local amenities etc. Everything has been thought of to make your stay as homely as possible and we were made to feel really welcome, even down to beautiful stollen and rocky road on our arrival! We visited the local restaurant within easy walking distance, and also trips to Bath and Stonehenge on our way to and from the trip. The rest of the time was spent relaxing and there are plenty of DVD's, books and games to keep you occupied. We did not use the outdoor space due to visiting in December but would definitely recommend Holly Cottage for anytime of year

We stayed for 2 nights with 5 couples and 2 dogs. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. The place was full of character, comfortable and warm. Samantha was very helpful, kind and proactive and always quick to respond. we all had a fabulous stay.

Great place tucked away in a back street. Off street parking for free opposite. Great communication throughout.

Stayed here with two of my friends for 5 days for a little writing retreat over New Years. Absolutely gorgeous cottage, even lovelier than in the pictures! The whole experience was wonderful- here are a few details that made it even better: - the kitchen is amazing; great counter space for cooking - there's a herb garden in the front garden with rosemary, sage, thyme, and bay leaves - very comfy sofa (we spent most of our time here hanging out, reading, and writing) - when it's not cloudy at night, you can see the stars! - Clare left out a very thorough binder with instructions and tips about the house, plus recommendations for nearby places to go - there's a very cute place nearby called The Workshop Cafe & Lifestyle shop that does excellent hot chocolates Would gladly come back here again :)

Anthony was super friendly, highly responsive and communicated well. He even put up some Christmas decorations for us. The property was spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped, well maintained, comfortable, had a great shower and was well located, with private parking. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Roz was a fantastic host, and extremely helpful. The house was great, perfect for our stay and looked exactly as the photos showed. Super clean and had everything we needed. Great location within Portishead and would 100% recommend staying here. We hope to come back soon!

We had a great stay in Gennady's BnB home. A private house set in a quiet mews, with a lovely open & naturally lit layout downstairs - & two cosy comfortable double bedrooms upstairs. The off street parking was a huge bonus. Plenty of grocery shops close by, plus bus stops with choices of routes (maybe only 5 - 10 mins trip) into Bath centre (or one could walk). Friendly & prompt communication with Gennady. Thank you!

Lovely cottage, warm and cosy. Comfy beds, plenary of towels. Perfect location for being dog friendly, as access to the field directly opposite. Excellent communication with a nice welcome. Thank you for having us.

We (6 adults) have just had a wonderful three night stay at Kenzie's property in Bath, Christmas Eve until the day after Boxing Day. It was perfect. Communication with Kenzie was quick, easy and friendly. Having arrived in Bath slightly early, we contacted Kenzie and were able to check in shortly after. The property is beautiful, warm, comfortable, cozy, clean, has lovely bedding and good facilities. We were able to prepare and cook food for Christmas Day (we did take our favourite utensils and serving dishes with us). The location is good. There is a Tesco Express 2 min walk away. For families wilth children there is a play park about 5 min walk away. Just beyond the play park is Victoria Park, (we enjoyed ice skating and glow golf there on Boxing Day), Bath Botanical Gardens and the Royal Crescent, all within a 15 min walk from the property. Within 25 mins you can walk to Bath Abbey, the Roman Baths, and many lovely pubs and restaurants. Don't hesitate, book up and enjoy.

We had a lovely festive break for the markets and Louise's house was great. Very easy to get into town and a very professionally set up accommodation. Communication throughout has been second to none.

We had a fantastic weekend staying at the Little Trooper. It was exactly what we needed for a quiet, cosy weekend away. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated the welcome bottle of Prosecco! Richard was quick to respond to messages and check that everything was okay, but we had no issues while we were there. Would 100% return if we visit Bristol again!
