Great host! Like I said pictures were a little vague, they did offer to repaint, but my wife didn’t wanna go through smelling repainting. They did give us rebates for that. All in all I would rent from him again.

Honestly one of the best places Ive stayed at. The pool is amazing. The guest house is enough space for 2 people. The parking is a great add on. South Beach is about 30 Mins away but its completely worth staying here. Absolutely loved this location.

The place is exactly what was advertised. Very clean, perfect location, great customer service, more accessories than you can imagine (blankets, towels, travel crib, beach gear, blow up mattress, extra mattress, etc.) We had an amazing time and this place is in the perfect location to enjoy what downtown Brickell has to offer. I will definitely be recommending to others and booking again in the future. Thanks for everything!!

Love the place and they were friendly

I had last minute travel less then 24 hours. Joshua was very accommodating and responsive. The unit was very nice and clean. The view from the high rise outdoor patio was amazing. Waking up in the morning with the panoramic view was so beautiful. Checkin was very easy and efficient. Plenty to do in the area. Walgreens and Publix right across the street in walking distance. We will be booking with him again soon. Great host who is available and attentive to your requests.

Great location, lots of local eats and public transportation stops. Solid 20-30 minute walk to the bridge/sand. Def recommend going over the bridge for south beach

Jon‘s home was lovely exactly as described and Pictured myself and my friends had a wonderful time. He was very responsive in assisting with any questions that we had the home was beautiful and clean and the outdoor space was amazing. The over the top feature of this house was most surely the outdoor kitchen with the pizza oven even though we didnt get to make pizza this trip we will definitely stay at john‘s place again if we are ever back in the area. Thank you, John for allowing us to stay in your home.

Andy Resort's was exactly what we needed for our stay! We travelled from Texas to compete in the Collegiate Triathlon National Championships and Andy was very accommodating to our requests. Great place and definitely recommend if you are in the area!

Good place to stay while on vacation everything you need is in the house

We really enjoyed our stay at Yannick's place. It felt very at home and cozy. The quality and attention to detail was above and beyond. I would gladly choose this home in the future when I am back in the area.

I highly recommend to book with Erika, I never experienced such a well host that goes beyond for her guest that stay in her house. I felt very supported during my stay. And Erika was amazing with serving us in the best way as possible. I would definitely book again and refer people to this location.

If you’re looking for the perfect place to book for a Miami getaway or vacation not exactly on the beach(short 20-25 min drive) then you’ve found it. Home looks as pictured. Close to fast food places, Walmart, and FIU campus. The heated pool was perfect for the windy days we had while on spring break there. My kids enjoyed the property, the spacious rooms, the outside games and pool toys. 10/10 recommend. They do all the cleaning, you just have to check out on time. Of course we tried to tidy things up before we left but that’s awesome to just be able to leave and not worry if you forgot to do something.

The place is strategic due to its proximity to the airport, which makes it ideal for a short stay 😁

Cory’s place was amazing! Well appointed with everything we needed (and more) for our stay including laundry detergent, beach towels, and a clothes steamer. Great location with easy access to the highway. Easy check in and out. Cory is an amazing host, with quick communication. It’s clear he truly cares about his guests’ comfort and experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Movie place and the hostess Perfecta. Ingrid, apart from being very friendly and charming, is undoubtedly the best hostess I've ever met. It coordinates everything perfectly so that the guest does not lack or glory at any time and do not have to wait for a minute to check in as well as for any issues or concerns that arise. I think if there were more Ingrids on earth there would be no airbnb. And, as for the apartment, the only bad thing I can say is that when you leave, you start to notice a little depression because you can't stay there all your life.

The best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. Dmitri was always very quick to respond when I was booking. And once I made the reservation, he helped me with everything and was always very attentive. He personally welcomed me to the apartment and showed me around. The apartment is wonderful. The location is great—close to the beach, the best shops, and supermarkets. The stay was simply flawless. I’m just grateful to Dmitri. Don’t hesitate. If you see this apartment available, book it right away—it’s hard to find a better place, especially if you’re traveling with your family like I was.

I had an amazing time staying at Anita's place. It is in the heart of Brickell which was perfect and close to everything. She gave me very helpful tips eg. places for cigars and drinks, car rental. Anita made my first trip to Miami fantastic, so now I have made Miami my go to spot!!!!! Cheers Sam B
