We absolutely LOVE the place have come multiple times.

Such a private and relaxing location. Our last two nights we even saw the aurora over Gratiot Lake! Make sure if cloudy days are forecasted you conserve power! We had no difficulty utilizing the amenities and when we had questions Rebecca was responsive and helpful! The roads in are sand/gravel so we would recomend using a vehicle with high clearance. We had a wonderful stay here!

Beautiful location with plenty to do. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. We had a large group and everyone felt right at home.

WOW, the North Shores Cottages is definitely somewhere we will be booking again in the future! We came to town in the middle of a massive snowstorm + it honestly made our trip so cozy and relaxing! I own a small cleaning company and I have to say, this cottage was extremely clean + well kept! 10/10 for cleanliness! The fireplace kept the cottage super toasty since the winds coming off the lake were NO JOKE! It was a great amenity on a chilly night! The cottage also offered a really nice sauna across the street but we unfortunately didn’t find time to enjoy it. We highly recommend Calumet Pizza Works, they even delivered to our doorstop in the middle of the snowstorm! Overall our stay was a 10/10 experience + we can’t wait to come back in the summer and enjoy the beach which is just a few steps away from the cottage!

Absolutely gorgeous home and suite in a beautiful location on Lake Superior. Nancy was an amazing host, so incredibly welcoming and nothing was overlooked. The suite was beautiful and we felt completely spoiled with all the amenities. Hunting for agates and yooperlites was our favorite pastime during our stay. I highly recommend staying at this gem on the beautiful Keweenaw Peninsula.

We had a great stay at the cabin, it is comfortable and goes back to the basics of what’s important. It’s near copper harbor which has what you could need nearby and the cabin was outfitted with everything we needed for a good time. There were a lot of thoughtful touches that went into it! We loved that we could bring our dog and it was comfortable for four people. The guides were helpful and we even saw the Aurora the first night we were there. One night we did run into a bear on grounds but that is a potential hazard and the bear did run the opposite direction. The staff at Fresh Coast are excellent communicators and friendly. We enjoyed the conversation with others and it was just a really welcoming environment to feel included. Thank you so much for the hospitality and great stay!

We appreciated easily being able to easily communicate with Martha about any questions we had. House was well supplied with all we needed to make our stay hassle free. Very good the attention to detail on the little items that often get overlooked. Comfortable and very easy to feel at "home"

We had an absolutely fantastic time hanging out on the winter waves of lake Superior - the home was as advertised, check in was easy, Anjila was great to communicate with and you can't beat a lakefront stay even with 20 degree temperatures! Beautiful place, hopefully we will be back.

We had an amazing stay. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. We enjoyed Friday pizza and bonfire social, the sauna experience and everything in between. The accommodations are adorable. We had everything we needed. We loved the cassette player and all the little touches including welcome snack! We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved staying in cabin 8! Lynn & the team were amazing to work with. So friendly, and even sent some ideas for things to do in the area and places to shop - So much more than I was expecting. The cabin was cute cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - even some fun little surprises. The location can not be beat. Close to town but far enough away to still feel secluded. Being able to walk out of the door and see lake superior and the sunrises/sunsets was incredible. We took full advantage of the cute little patio area, grill and fire pit. Really could not ask for a better place to stay. Of all the things we did and beautiful places we seen, staying here was without a doubt the highlight of our trip.

This place was cool in its own unique way - me personally, I love my technology and this took me away from all of that and that was a nice break. The cabin was cozy and very comfortable. And spotless! The view was incredible. The screened in porch was a nice feature as well.

We loved this property. We walked on the beach in the mornings and watched the sunrise. After spending the day exploring the area we looked forward to coming home to a very private, peaceful, relaxing and beautiful home. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed. We had a fire in the evenings and listened to the waves roll in and one night we sat by the fire and watched the northern lights. It was amazing. The people that rent this property are very kind, responsive and proactive. They have put a lot of thought into provide everything you could possibly need. We are already talking about coming back. The best thing about it was being right on Lake Superior. Sitting on the deck and just enjoying the view of the lake was wonderful.

The place was easy to find. I can't imagine a cleaner place. it was everything we expected it to be and more. Great memories were made partially be cause of the home and partially because of the hosts. Just note that there are a fair amount of stairs to get to the lake.

Cabin 9 is the perfect private getaway. The cabin is so cozy and inviting, you can relax and watch Lake Superior while forgetting the rest of the world exists. The crew was very helpful with any questions we had and attended to them right away. We will 100% be coming back to this perfect little cabin on the lake. Thank you to everyone on the team for making it a great vacation.

My sisters and I had an Amazing time at Deb’s place; sauna swimming in the moonlight, visiting in her beautiful home, enjoying the butterflies fly amongst the gorgeous flowers, walking along the white sandy beach, and sunbathing just to name a few of the wonderful memories! We already have it booked for our sisters trip next year! Deb’s attention to detail really makes this Airbnb stand out! Great job, Deb. Thank you!

This beautiful place gave us space to relax & find comfort while being in the U.P. It’s decorated with amazing rocks from the U.P. clean, comfy, & close the amazing Lake Superior. We enjoyed time together as a family on the beach. The pictures don’t do it justice. Stephanie was a great host & we’re so blessed to stay here. We hope to stay here again! Wow!! We truly made a soul friend on this trip. The drive to the house is long, and worth it. The home is pristine, the window views were awesome and the outdoor views were breathtaking! The majesty of nature at your fingertips. We loved hikes and looking for the eagles around the property. The outdoor shower was fantastic in the sun. We swam in the lake, the water is so clear, it was fun to explore like a kid. We’d planned our trip in hopes of seeing the northern lights. We were blessed on our first night to see them. They are majestic. Hard to describe. And the stars and the Milky Way! I’ve never seen any like it, all over the US. The pictures we took do not do it justice. Do a little research before the trip to ensure you get amazing photos. The beds were okay, nothing grand but appropriate. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and tools. Hosts were incredibly kind and responsice We had so much fun, and hope to return for a longer trip. Many thanks from happy hearts!
