Great apartment! Everything was really clean and you find everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen. Great amenities if you travel with small children, like we did. The beach (only a 1-minute walk away) is great. Supermarkets and bakeries are within walking distance (10-15 minutes). Check-in was easy and efficient. Definitely recommendable!

Great place near the lake and great and flexible host

My wife and I wanted a peaceful retreat near lake Balaton and we couldn’t have been more pleased with Timea’s apartment! Everything was super clean, modern, and welcoming!

The stay was excellent again. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. The house is modern and fully equipped to meet all your needs. Thanks to the climate, it also provided a pleasant rest on the hottest days. I recommend it to anyone who is demanding for their environment!

We loved the Swan Apartment. The description is 100% accurate. It is very cozy, clean, bright and nicely decorated. Szilvia was always super accessible and responsive. Check-in was easy and she was very warm. We will be back!

We stayed 4 nights in Alexandra's apartment in July 2022. The communication was very fast and friendly. For check-in, Alexandra's mom greeted us personally and gave us some tips on restaurants, swimming pools and shopping. Both hosts speak very good German. We arrived by car and were able to park for free next to the house in the carport. The apartment is about 1.5 km from Lido beach in a quiet residential area. It is nicely decorated and very good in terms of amenities. A washing machine would have been great. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

The accommodation was very tidy and cozy. We felt right at home. Kitchen well equipped with what you need. Bedrooms equipped with fine mattresses. We were able to sleep well. There is a well-functioning air conditioning system that was very welcome in the heat. You are under the roof of the building. The living room contains a three-seater and a two-seater. With a family very nice! Everything was clean and tidy. The reception was via codes for the building and the house itself, which makes your arrival time more flexible. The host was responsive and quick to respond. Also very friendly. The building is on the 4th floor with no elevator. That's something to take into account.

Great place to stay, everything you need is available, fantastic balcony, hot tub overlooking the lake, direct lake access from the house, the location can't be better. Everything was very clean. Janos is very sweet and helpful, everything perfect! Thank you, 100 percent recommendation!

The place had everything we needed. We were able to fit perfectly. Communication went very easily. Nearby is a free beach (6-7 minutes on foot). The train station is a little far away on foot and a shop is further away. However, we had a great time, thank you very much.

Very well maintained and equipped apartment in the center of Heviz. We enjoyed staying there, the lake was wonderful and I’m sure we will be back in the future.

Tastefully furnished and shabby chic-style home. Everything is clean. Satisfied with my expectations. Kitchen and bathrooms stocked with essentials. Quiet area, in the countryside but very close to the city.

The apartment is suited pretty much in the town centre so everything is within walking distance other ways, bust stop is approx 5 min walk away. Small but clean and tidy place perfect for a few nights stay. Towels, cutlery, dishes provided. The host is friendly and easy to communicate with.

Had a great stay! Friendly host, and definitely worth going here. Went golf at Zala Springs Golf club, 2 mins drive so that was perfect!
