The apartment is in a good location 8 minutes walk from the city centre, very beautiful decoration, the pots leave a little to be desired and the bed is also not very comfortable, but the sofa bed is perfect, a very beautiful apartment.

A great place to stay, you have a lot of privacy and all of the amenities you need while not being very far from anything at all. I recommend to anyone going to Ipswich for a weekend!

Neil’s place was a fabulous base from where we explored Ipswich - it was easy to access the town and its amenities on foot, the parking for 2 cars at the property was a bonus. The bungalow is light, bright and spacious and has amazing outdoor space and we found it equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Communication with Neil was prompt and helpful throughout.
