Vacation rentals with beach access in Kent County

Marianna was so helpful in helping me find this place last minute when I made a mistake booking a home, she responded in a matter of minutes with a solution to my problem and we are forever grateful for that. The place was very nice, all new furniture and appliances in a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Great view from the huge covered deck. Stones throw to the beach with private access. Great spot to enjoy a fire at the end of the day with the provided fire pit area. Would highly recommend!

The place was adorable with black and white decor throughout. Very clean, full kitchen, washer and dryer. For convenience purposes the bathrooms could have had soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathrooms toiletries. The apartment sits on the 2nd floor on the corner of the building which at night you can hear the traffic going up and down the street. We wish that the check in time of 4pm could be adjusted to 2pm. And most importantly check out should be adjusted and moved forward to 11am. The early checkout of 10am does not allow one to sleep in go out for breakfast and rush back to check out by 10. Especially if you are staying for 1 night. There are also some local dinner spots we discovered by accident by walking to a spot called “Arena’s” and then for breakfast we found Surf Bagel. A though we had was that we have been at several Airbnb,s and Vrbo,s where the host provided a coupon of some sort whether it was 2 complimentary coupons for drinks or a disc. Cpn for food.

We had a wonderful time at this private beach location. a few steps from the back door to the water. Cute interior well stocked with everything you need to cook. Games, movies if you want, of course the relaxing beach. Fabulous stay!!

Great place to stay! We stayed here in order to be close to the DE turf complex (10 mins from the turf). Cat’s place was perfect for the three of us. It’s in the hub of Historic Milford, and we loved it! Easy parking, and Cat was quick to respond when I had a question. The location was perfect and near a variety of restaurants and shops. We would stay here again!

Great place for the value! Very accommodating, and a lovely modern place. It was also spacious. Will definitely come back again!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and the hosts were responsive to our needs. The location was awesome, but the mosquitos were voracious by the apartment. The hosts did provided bug spray, so this must be a known issue. There were no mosquitos by the beach, though. Since the beach was less than a 2-minute walk away from the apartment, some pesky mosquitos were a small price to pay for the location! We didn't see the hot tub that was listed, but we didn't ask about it either (see: mosquitos). The beach was quiet, uncrowded, and very relaxing. Just what we were looking for.

Very lovely home with awesome views and nice walkable neighborhood. Late November visit so some area attractions, foods were unavailable. Only negative was TV reception, we could not get our personal carrier account accepted for live coverage. We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Feet.

Jess and Tom's home was perfect for our family's beach trip. The house was spacious, clean, well-stocked, and quite comfortable. Best of all were the unobstructed views of the beach which was only steps from the house. We enjoyed a bonfire on the beach, and appreciated the quiet neighborhood.

Me and my Wife had a great stay. We didn’t have any issues with the flies. The goal is to keep the door closed and you won’t get that many inside. The beach is right outside the door and makes for easy access. Will definitely be back! Thanks Jeff

Great place - just the right size for two of us and our dog for a quick Thanksgiving getaway. The house had everything we needed and was not too far from the towns on the Eastern Shore. Looking forward to a return visit.

great place, great experience, would recommend

Fantastic old-school beach house just steps from the sand. Small, but punches above its weight class due to efficient floor plan. Two half-flights of stairs to enter, but otherwise single level living (which our geriatric dog appreciated). Super quiet. You can hear the surf. Treat yourself to a sunrise walk on the beach. Town amenities are 20 min drive in Lewis, walk to the general store (open May-Sep) is just half a mile. Will return.

Amazing house with all the amenities we could ask for a weeklong family stay. Steps away from quiet Broadkill beach. Lisa was very responsive and provided clear instructions in the house. I will definitely ve staying here for any future trips to the area!
