Townhome vacation rentals in Kemptown

We recently stayed at Joanne’s home in the Brighton Hove area. We were an extended family with 7 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room for everyone with large bedrooms and comfortable beds. A wonderful Kitchin area with plenty of room to gather. The most amazing doors that open out to a beautiful and private yard. The home was a short walk to the beach, or to the bus (very reliable and comes often) to get to town. There is a tesco nearby as well as cafes for a morning coffee and bakery treat. The only item to be aware of is that the stairs are a bit steep so if you have accessibility issues, this might not be the right fit. Overall, we would highly recommend this property and certainly rent again. Thank you Joanne! Beth

the house is a lovely bright Brighton home, clean & well equipped. Six of us fitted easily without feeling on top of each other. The garden was a lovely space for a coffee. The local area has some lovely bakeries and cafes, and a convenience store is close by also. It's easy enough to walk into the city, or buses & taxis are plentiful. Emma was very helpful, and accommodating, thank you.

We had a great stay here, would highly recommend! Renny was super helpful and friendly every step of the way, even prior to our stay. The house was spotless and felt cosy enough as a home away from home. It had everything needed for our stay and everyone agreed that the beds were comfy! Highlight was the location as it’s walkable to a lot of places in Brighton, including some of the hot spots and beach.

Very good location for a large group of friends. The property was clean and comfortable, and the location is very good! Valarie was also very responsive and pleasant.

I stayed at James’ place with 12 friends for my hen do. It was a great base for us - central location, easy to check-in and lots of space for us all to be together in the house. Beds were all comfy and had all the amenities we needed including towels, hairdryer, tv etc. 2 girls were sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room- it was comfy but would recommend an eye mask if you’re a light sleeper. Charley was really responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend for a group trip.

Joanna was incredibly helpful from the moment I first enquired about the property. She was very communicative, very friendly and was accommodating throughout. She was able to offer additional support regarding the needs of my elderly parents and the property itself was lovely, clean and very close to the city centre. I highly recommend.

We had a spectacular weekend. Charlie’s house is incredibly well located to spend time in Brighton. 5 minutes from the lanes, the beach and the station. It was perfectly sized for our crew of 14 - which says a lot. Charlie was a pleasure to deal with, I would 100% recommend to anyone planning a big crew Brighton visit.

We had a super stay in Worthing visited family. The house was comfortable and clean with amenities as listed. The location is great for accessing Worthing town centre and the beach, yet the road was quiet. Tom and Rachel communicated quickly and instructions were clear and helpful. We will hopefully stay again!

We loved Rachel’s cottage. The location was excellent, the interior was comfortable and we had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. All Rachel’s information - including access arrangements to the cottage - was first class. We would certainly stay again. A lovely home in a beautiful town.

Roz was kind and helpful. She told us of events in the area and provided us with helpful information. The kitchen was stocked with treats and snacks on arrival. We had eight people stay and the house accommodated us all nicely.

Great gem of a place, very comfortable and clean. Holly left us some lovely goodies and dog treats too. Shoreham is a beautiful place we walked a little of the coastal path, just down the road from us. We went into Shoreham, which is a delightful place, great restaurants, shops and pubs. Walked around Shoreham, over a couple of bridges and saw some great parts of Shoreham, definitely well worth a visit and if you're lucky enough to book Holly's place too.

We had a great 3 week stay at Matthew’s place. The house is as nice as the pictures are and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Matthew was kind, responsive and always checked we had everything we needed, even leaving our dog a little toy :)

Great stay at Mark's place, the local coffee and shops were fantastic abd it was a short walk into the main tourist areas, with local taxis being very reasonable for if you wanted to explore further out. Add to that comfy and clean beds, 10/10

Very well equipped flat in a lovely location. Well setup (and organised) for a family. We had a slightly unexpected issue with a road closure for the local half marathon preventing check out however Christopher could not have been more accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Lovely place with plenty of room and in a great spot with everything we needed. Only think I would recommend would be replacing bed frames on top floor upstairs as they were uncomfortable to sleep on for the teenagers

Jill’s place was the perfect base for our family trip for the weekend, we had a wonderful stay! Jill was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the whole process super easy from start to finish. Within walking distance to the beach and a short bus ride from the centre of Brighton, the location was ideal. The property itself was spacious, beautifully designed and filled with lots of artwork that gave it a unique charm. We especially enjoyed the sunny garden - perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea in the morning. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!
