Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kawarau Falls

Staying at Cranbury Apartments we found check in very easy, the apartment was spotless and modern and extremely quiet. Was an easy walk to the shops and down to the lake , with a supermarket across the road which was handy. Thankyou for a lovely stay .

The things we needed to feel at home were provided, very quite location and still close to Queenstown centre. Spectacular views over the river and surrounding mountains. Clean and modern would definitely stay again and thanks for the wine much appreciated. Would definitely like to stay again. Loved Queenstown and this accommodation, wish we had stayed longer.

Now this is a real lakefront property! We walked in and were greeted by the stunning view and a squeaky clean place that is also very homey. All the basics you’ll need in kitchen/bathroom/home are available too. It’s truly a gem and I think we’ll be a regular here now that this place has set the bar higher. The communication with Ash and the team was seamless too which made our stay even more comfortable. Just in case you are very particular when it comes to using airbnb’s washing machine like me, this one passes the test - it’s as clean as I have at home and you won’t think twice about using it. 😅

The place was really nice and has an amazing view from the balcony, we had an amazing time here and would definitely come back.

The kitchen is well-equipped, the interior is clean and tidy, and there is an intelligent ventilation system. Parking is convenient. The surrounding environment is quiet. It is highly recommended for people who come to Queenstown and don't like the noise of the city. It is also relatively close to Glenorchy for horse riding. I look forward to having the opportunity to experience it again!

Susie and her family were fantastic hosts. From the moment we were welcomed by Susie and her offsider Rosie, it was clear we picked the perfect place to base ourselves. The space was open and private and provided our family of four with all that was needed. Communicating with Susie was a breeze and if we needed anything a swift reply was always there. Thanks Susie and family for providing the perfect location to explore the region from.

What a view!!! The apartment is clean and tidy, small but not cramped. The appliances were all top notch. We enjoyed our stay in Juliet’s Place and she was an amazing Host. Helping us with our Queenstown planning and also thanks for lettings us borrow a laundry rack!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! This was a great location within Queenstown with unbeatable views and an easy drive anywhere you like. The host was super friendly and very helpful for recommendations on travel to Milford Sound. If we come back, this is the first place I’m looking to stay!

Lovely property in a great location with an incredible view. Accommodation had everything we needed for our stay. Fire kept us warm and we loved spending time in the hot tub taking in the view of the lake and mountains after a day sight seeing.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew’s place with our little kids. The home was clean, cozy, and perfectly located—just a short drive from Queenstown city. The views from the room were absolutely stunning, making our mornings even more special. It was a perfect base for exploring the area, and we truly felt at home. Highly recommended!

Our stay was absolutely incredible — truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and perfectly located to take in the stunning views of the lake and mountains. Waking up each morning to that scenery was something we’ll never forget. The space had everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen, ultra-comfy beds, fast Wi-Fi. It felt like a luxury retreat with the warmth and comfort of home. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. If you're planning a trip to Queenstown, do yourself a favor and book this spot. We’re already dreaming of our return!

We were a family of four adults and two kids (two and 5 month old). This place catered to all our needs. Tim and Amelia were kind enough to arrange two cots for us, were flexible with our checkout around the kids naps and were very responsive. The split levels and kitchenette on the lower floor were great for us and the 5 month old. The middle floor for the toddler and grandparents and the top floor for staying up and watching tv etc. The separation kept the noise levels appropriate for kids sleeping. The place had a great view. We certainly got fit walking in and back from town but although there was a hill, it was close. Washer and dryer worked great and the kitchen was well equipped. Overall, great value, great and accomodating hosts and great place!

Amazing home with a beautiful view :) We had a lovely stay in Queenstown. Kristy's home is located in the uphill with awesome equipment, very convenient to reach the town by 15mins walk. Felt right at home. we do enjoyed. thank you.

A wonderful location with stunning lake and mountain views. Pleasant and easy walks to local coffee shops and eateries. Great lakeside walk into Queenstown. Excellent accommodation bed extremely comfortable. Great communication with host who was helpful and timely in responding. Would highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

Apartment with a great view and good location as it is near to town areas. Quite a variety of eateries and shopping in town areas. Very responsive and friendly host. Clear instructions to check in and parking is just outside the apartment. Convenient to move the luggages. Good stay indeed!

One of the best places to stay on the outskirts of Queenstown. Located in the beautiful Arthurs Point, this apartment was perfect for what we were after. It was quiet, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had an incredible view over the Shotover river, while being only 10 minutes from the centre of QT. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and cannot recommend this place enough!
