Vacation rentals with a patio in Kavarna

Really loved that place! Positives: • The beach is very close by. • The host was extremely responsive and quick to reply to any queries. • We were allowed to check in earlier than the standard time, which was very convenient. • Tea and coffee were provided, which was a nice touch. • The apartment was equipped with enough dishes and utensils for a comfortable stay. • The air conditioning worked well and kept the apartment cool.

really good place to stay, just a a lot of humidity since it's below the ground floor, but the apartment itself it's pretty good.

This is the second time we go to Pika and we don't want to change the accommodation when we go to the sea in Bulgaria. Cleanliness, tranquility, greenery, pool and last but not least the overall area is quiet and not so crowded on Cabacum beach, like on other beaches from reputable resorts. Clean beach and extraordinarily clean water!

Beautiful place hidden in the forest

I could not make staying with the host as my plans and schedule changed but the host was very proactive and made sure that I had all the information needed to find the place and get in it easily by sending photos and instructions to me. Well impressed!

Well, all went fine and it is a real pleasure to relax in a place like ASEN is proposing... All is noticeable, the apartment is a big one and as described.. the car parking is easy and you feel secured... I strongly recommend..

Ruslan’s apartment felt definitely like home. Spacious, equipped with every necessity that you might have, cosy and with a nice balcony that overviews the beautiful backyard of the complex. We had a parking space in the underground parking, supermarket very close, and very nice nearby beaches. Our holiday was perfect and i totally recommend this apartment

The apartman house is very nice and elegantly furnished. The garden shared with the host and apartment equipped as described. Beach in 5 min by car.

Very nice house , with privacy, tranquility , nice spaces , the pool spotless and private. The house inside had everything you needed we didn't have to buy anything extra . We didn't go out enough night because this deck is the best!!! The hostess very friendly served us well and no one bothered us during our stay. It is ideal for those who want peace and privacy , in a beautiful green environment. 10/10

The place as described, the owner is very communicative, always helpful and quick to answer questions. In close proximity to the place, there are many markets, including the possibility of buying specialties of local cuisine. A cool place to stay for the discerning.

The location was great! The place was clean and layout was good. The unit felt a bit smaller for 4 people but it was comfortable. There’s no elevator and the staircase is tight for some who require more space.
