Nice and cozy apartment. Very clean.

Most comfortable beds we have had in the past 3 weeks travelling. Parking is hit and miss but managed to get o ne close after a few goes. Only one bed made up but Andrea was responsive and directed us to sheets to make it ourselves. Easy to walk down to ortigia without the extra hassle of parking there. All in all a beautifully renovated apartment.

We had a very good time in the apartment! Marisella is responsive and wants the guests to feel good!

We spent our midterm break in early November at a stunning resort with our black Labrador. From our arrival, we felt warmly welcomed, and the resort was even more picturesque than the photos suggested. The landscape felt like a fairytale, especially under the evening lights, creating an enchanting atmosphere ideal for peaceful walks with our dog. Host Mark was readily available, but everything was so well-arranged that we hardly needed assistance. Each guest has private, fenced spaces, offering the comforts of a resort with the privacy of a personal retreat. Located near Cassibile, we had easy access to cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, plus some dog-friendly spots our Lab enjoyed. As a delightful surprise, the resort also had sheep and horses, which our dog found fascinating. This magical stay exceeded all expectations, and we can’t wait to return.

This beautiful apartment was perfect for our 2 night stay in Ragusa. Exceptionally clean with an amazing comfortable bed. We loved the soft bedding linens and towels, everything was so clean and perfect. Great hosts, easy check in/out, great directions and recommendations. Easy to walk to Ragusa old town and many fantastic local restaurants nearby.

Antonio was an excellent host who was very responsive with great recommendations. The home itself was spotless and a beautiful space. We would definitely return there

We had a lovely stay in Siracusa, the accommodation went very well and very well equipped. Everything you need is there. Ortigia is within walking distance and that's a very positive point. It is very easy to find places on the street of the apartment to park. I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation. Thank you for everything.

Great new house with everything you need, just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Location was perfect to reach several Sicilian treasures (ortigia, cava grande, noto, vendicari) in no time. Vincenzo and his wife are lovely hosts, helpful, kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Armando's for two nights and had a great time. The location is quiet, in the Syracusan countryside, near the beautiful beaches Le Fontane Bianche, Ognina, Arenella etc. and a few kilometers from the beautiful but confusing Syracuse. The accommodation was perfectly clean and equipped with everything you need, small kitchen, fridge, comfortable bed, air conditioning, a small entrance with table, chairs and umbrella, clothes rack, etc. Armando was very kind and helpful and provided us with great advice. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely return to his accommodation.

The apartment is nice and very close to the sea, we could go to the beach and come back few times a day. It has a nice garden and it feels grand. Also laying in the chair on the terrace during siesta was one of my favorites. The Conad is 5-10 mins away and cafes along the shore just few minutes away.

Quiet and rustic property with several apartments and beautiful pool which, however, was not lit and only accessible until 19:00. Fortunately, the place was air conditioned at the end of August and generally very clean. Arrival is only possible with a car, but there is a free parking space.

The accommodation was as advertised and the host was very responsive. If the beach of lido di noto is not within walking distance, the accommodation is conveniently located between Noto and the Vendicari reserve. Syracuse can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Possibility to pick oranges from the garden to prepare fresh fruit juices in the morning.

A wonderful peaceful home on the outskirts of Avola within walking distance of bars and restaurants in an idyllic unspoilt seaside location. Sebastiano was a wonderful host even coming round with fresh arancini!

The Villa is located in a very beautiful Location. But I do have to mention the Street to get there can be tough. For us it was no problem though. The communication with Andrew was very good and he is very friendly. He was always happy to help. The Villa has everything you need, especially for cooking. We stayed hhree nights and for this the Villa was Great.

We loved our stay, the apartment is beautifully decorated and has stunning views and private access to a popular beach - we’d highly recommend it. Definitely would suggest having a car to make the most of visiting Noto and surrounding towns and beaches.

A lovely stay in a central location - with a very responsive host!

Sara’s place in Ortigia was absolutely perfect. We had more than enough room for our group of seven adults. Everyone loved the location, the apartment and Ortigia as well. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed. The bathrooms were clean AND having a laundry machine was an added plus. I can’t say enough about how much we loved the place and it’s location. Last comment is the deck was great for early evening drinks and card games. Thank you for having us Sara. We highly recommend!!

We had eight really wonderful days in the apartment! We can only recommend staying there and would love to come again! It's just like you can see in the photos. The rooftop terrace is completely private, and it's really lovely and a great luxury. The apartment is well decorated and has everything you need. And a big luxury to have a view of the water from the bath. The host was easy to communicate with and flexible. You have to be able to walk stairs to stay in the apartment. The location was also nice. Ortigia, 5 - 7 minutes down there. We arrived by train and the apartment is two-three minutes from the station, which was just perfect. We ate ice cream every day at a small local ice cream place located 200 meters from the apartment; Viola Gelateria.

Our host came out to help us find the location that overlooks the amazing Ortigia market (omg those sandwiches!!!) and has a sea view. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Bustling by day, quiet at night, our family of 4, 2 kids ages 7&9, absolutely loved this 2 bed 2 bath condo. Parking in a lot nearby was easy. Host gave incredible recommendations, was instantly responsive and so kind - even recommending options for our kids. Felt like home, would stay again and highly recommend!

Had an amazing stay at Claudio’s place. The location is close to everything and his place is the perfect spot to call home for a few days in Noto (the balconies are amazing!). Claudio was also a great host and responded right away to any questions we had and check-in was easy. There was also free parking on the street out front. Would stay again.

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return

Marco was friendly and an excellent host and very fast in responding for our questions. He had some excellent restaurant recommendations in Ortigia and Syracuse. The apartment was very clean & tidy and had everything you might need. Great location to walk into Ortigia too or explore great local restaurants. Highly recommend

Damiano's place is a spacious two-bedroom first-floor apartment just a 10-minute walk to the city center. Grocery stores, gyms, and restaurants are all close by. Parking is right outside on the street, and we never had trouble finding a spot. The home is well-equipped, and Damiano and his mom were the best hosts. If you're looking for a home base in Noto, this is it—great location for exploring Noto and the surrounding areas (Ragusa, Modica, etc.). The beach is only a short 10-minute drive as well! Highly recommend.
