We had a great 3 nights, we had a friendly welcome and they were very helpful If we needed anything it was attended to ASAP which made our stay great A special thank you to Ruwan and his wife for all their help in taking our luggage up to the third floor and back down when it was time for us to leave, which was an extreme help. I can’t express enough how much me and my girlfriend love Sebastian’s place. The whole experience, from the first message to the checkout, was top notch and you can really tell that Sebastian knows what it means to be a great host and that he knows what great hospitality means. The room and amenities are accurately described both in writing and photos. Everything’s super clean and comfortable, and you do feel pampered here. He also added smaller touches to elevate our stay. The garden is beautiful and the pool is clean and big. Sebastian has two helpers taking care of the hard work as well as the smaller details, and I really want to give them a shoutout for their amazing work and service. They’re very diligent, polite, friendly, yet you barely notice them doing their work. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Sri Lanka, and we look forward to it!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this property with our parents during our short stay in Sri Lanka.. The house is beautifully maintained, spacious and equipped with all the facilities that is needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We had a lovely homely feeling. The surrounding was peaceful. A special mention to the caretaker Thilak - he is friendly, attentive and always ready to help. I would highly recommend this place.
