Cottage under the apple trees

Our hut under the apple trees belongs to a small family farm, located near the small town of Rožmberka nad Vltavou. Also, we have beehives and produce honey and other honey products. The cabin is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of life. You will not find WiFi or electricity here. Also, the water right in the cabin is not in place. There is only an outdoor (solar) shower - 100 m from the place (shared). The toilet is dry, right next to the cabin. Take an uninterrupted stay in a cabin overlooking a blooming meadow and a horse grazing.

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Das Studio liegt im 1 Stock auf einem Hof in der Nähe des Bayerischen Waldes/ Böhmerwald. Neben einem schönen Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge sowie Pferdekoppel, gibt es in der Gegend viele Angebote für das sportliche Herz. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.

In the sleeping area located on the open floor under the roof, accessible by a wooden staircase, there is a double bed and a twin bunk bed. The apartment has a direct entrance to the terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the castle Hluboká nad Vltavou.

Zažij svobodu divokého západu! Tiny House Wild West stojí přímo nad rybníkem uprostřed pastvin, kde se krávy volně toulají a klid ruší jen praskání ohně. Uvolni se v horkém sudu s masážním systémem, vykoupej se v rybníku nebo si zkus chytit vlastní rybu. Opálené dřevo, vůně přírody a naprosté soukromí – tady jsi jen ty, příroda a svoboda. A kdyby ti jeden rybníček byl málo. 100 metrů na jihozápad najdeš další rybníček uprostřed divočiny.

The apartment, 5 km from Český Krumlov, is designed for undemanding clientele, has its own entrance and my mother lives in the other half of the house. The apartment has an ideal location as a starting point for hiking, cycling, swimming in Lake Lipno and skiing in winter. The advantage is the nearby railway station for trips to Šumava or a visit to Český Krumlov. Pets are not welcome - we have a dog.

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
