Monthly Rentals in Kaiata

We absolutely loved our time staying with Kim and Glen! They were very welcoming and helpful, showing us around their farm, and happy for us to interact with the animals (our 2 year old had a great time). Their home was clean, very spacious for us (2 adults and a child) and had character. Kim set up the fire for us each night, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Hopefully we're back in NZ some time soon and can visit again!

We loved our one night stay here! The place itself is very clean and peaceful, lots of amenities available. We managed to take pictures of the milky way at night 🥺 Natasha was very friendly and responsive. She allowed us to stay in the airbnb for a bit longer after checkout time as well as it was raining. 100% would recommend!

As someone looking for a getaway outside of Greymouth, the location at Blackball proved ideal to allow access to Otira, Arthur's Pass and Reefton. The accommodation is modern, spacious and well presented and we felt completely at ease. With future trips in the offing, I will be happy to return to Blackball.
