Great accommodation, exactly as described, excellent view of Pattaya beach. Comfortable with a superb patio. The host has always been helpful and responsive to our requests, overall an excellent stay.

Felt at home here , comfy bed , nice feel to the apartment , had everything you would need in the apartment . Very close to the beach and restaurants / night market yet quiet . Nice infinity pool on the roof and a gym . I would recommend this apartment , shows you what you can achieve by making the extra effort with the decor , furnishings and all additional items a home from home would have . What ever you could think of this apartment had it . Thanks James for making your apartment so nice .

The flat in the Copacabana was fantastic. The rooms looked still new and have been very clean. We found everything we needed during our stay. The welcome was friendly and we got an introduction to all things we needed to know. CJ brought also the required paperwork to do at reception the face scan to use elevators and doors. We loved the view and the 4 pools. The balcony size is ok (the Jacuzzi which we did not use takes at least 1/3 of the space). When we had a little issue with the faucet CJ and team responded within a few minutes (as always) and organized a repair. We plan to come back next year and definitely would like to stay in this flat again.

This was a great value stay. Right by the beach, in the middle of the Baht bus routes (10 baht to go up and down the beach road or to Pattaya city). Jomtien night market a few blocks away. The apartment is a little dated, but the TV is brand new and the internet works great. The host(s) were great and helped me out at immigration (registering my stay so I could extend my visa) the same day I asked as well. Safe building, friendly staff, good assortment of laundry, stores and restaurants on the ground floor of the building. Pool is nice. Gym wasn't amazing, but not bad. Highly recommend!
