The Cozy Blue House was perfect! Everything was exactly as pictured, very clean, and I was especially impressed with the comfortable king bed. The walk in closet was spacious enough for my luggage, work bag, and shoes. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials... even local coffee and creamer. I also enjoyed the covered front porch in the evening. Thanks for a great stay!!

This is a wonderful place to stay when you have an event in the area. The place is very clean, the beds are super comfortable, and the bathroom is updated and nice. The host, Fred, is very responsive and helpful. He allowed us to check in early to get ready for a wedding; he even put some drinks in the fridge incase we needed when we got home. I would highly recommend this place if you have something going on in the area.

We loved our stay! The location was awesome - just steps to the slopes, and the condo had lots of extra amenities and a great kitchen with plenty of cookware and dishes. We loved relaxing by the fireplace in the evening, too! It was perfect for a family ski trip. We would definitely book again!

Brian is an amazing host. he responded quickly to any questions that I had. the house was exactly as described with a very well stocked kitchen as far as dinnerware, flatware, serving pieces, coffee maker, coffee pods, cookware and spices. The house was immaculate, bathrooms well stocked and even nice towels and 2-ply toilet paper! parking was easy, directions were perfect, furnishings were very nice. I highly recommend Brian and his house.

Great place to stay and close to the Ligonier Diamond. Andy was very responsive and proactive and I would recommend his place, especially if you are looking for a dog friendly location.

The house is located in a great area to hike, kayak or bike. There are restaurants and bars in walking distance. It presents as described. Andrea was very helpful before and during our stay. The only drawback was the very thin walls and ceiling.

This was perfect for a romantic, holiday getaway. The home was very clean. We loved the unique decor. It was walkable to the diamond, where we had an amazing breakfast at the Kitchen on Main. We enjoyed walking around town and shopping before heading home, like being in a Hallmark Christmas movie! An overall great experience and we hope to come back!

This is the absolute best place I’ve ever staying on air bb. The attention to detail was amazing and was so far above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced at other places. The space is perfect too. It’s small but perfect.

Dana’s place is beautiful and fit all our needs. We can’t thank her enough for all the communications with us prior to our arrival especially with the inclement weather that we ran into on the way. When we arrived we found the home to be all decorated for Christmas, tree lit, heater on in the kitchen with baked cookies there with a happy birthday note! Guests can feel how Dana wants you to enjoy and be comfortable. The location is ideal just around the corner from Jimmy Stewart’s house and the museum! I loved the birthday dinner at Benjamin’s also which is just a few blocks from the house. Thank you Dana and we look forward to a future stay if you will have us again in 2025. 😊

The house was great. I felt like I was on an episode of that 70’s show. Susan was a great host, checked on us to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. The cookies were a great welcome touch. Would definitely stay again when in the area

This was a great stay. Tyler was able to work with us on a last minute booking and making sure the house was ready for us. He checked in after we arrived to make sure we didn’t have any questions and that we found everything. It was great that we could have our dog. The bed was super comfy and of course we had a blast in the arcade. Tyler had everything set up that if we forgot anything he had it there. We enjoy golf so it was fun to see the course right in the back yard. We only stayed one day but you could easily stay a few days. We will be back in the future for sure.

My family and I loved this cottage. It was perfect for us. It is bigger inside than it looks on the outside. It was so clean and had all of the little touches that felt like home. We loved the electric fireplace and the beds were really comfortable. It's in a very quiet neighborhood. It was cold outside, so we didn't use the outdoor spaces but they looked inviting. Inside was cozy and warm, great hot water too. I think this will be our new go to place for visiting family in the area.

Anni's place was just as described! Super clean and spacious! The little chocolates on the beds were a perfect touch and we even received a welcome card! The house was conveniently located 15 minutes from the wedding venue that me and my friends were in. She even allowed us to let some of our other friends crash because they could not check into their motel after the wedding. She was very responsive and nice! Amazing host.

Would definitely recommend! Judi is a great host. The house is exactly as advertised. But Judi does a great job of communicating and makes everything so easy. It’s a great place to stay for PSU games. Follow the book that she has in the house if you have any questions on the local scene. Will definitely stay again when in town for a PSU game. Can’t thank Judi enough for letting us stay there!

Brandy's place was wonderful. I was a little bit worried about being in the city but it was SO quiet. Really a joy to stay there. So many thoughtful touches and Brandy is wonderful to correspond with. I highly recommend and look forward to returning soon.

We needed a sleeping space for overflow family on Thanksgiving. I appreciated being able to rent the condo for just one night.

Courtney's place truly did feel like home! It was comfortable, well stock with soooo many amenities, beautiful view out the back with warm sunshine streaming in through the many windows, convenient to so many things that the Laurel Highlands has to over! We will definitely look into stay here again next year during Autumn Fest @ 7 Springs!

Beautiful decor, clean, gift basket and thoughtful touches. Kara was wonderful and she responds very quickly. We really couldn't ask for more! Be ready for ALOT of steps to get to this unit. There is about a 3 foot piece that does not have a handrail. I lost my balance and fell. Most people wouldn't have any problems at all but I have a balance disorder and don't do steps well anyway. Then there are 2 sets of steps inside that make it really cute but were a little worrisome for me and my elderly dog. I probably overlooked it in the description. For that reason, we probably won't be staying there again. Did I mention how soft the sheets were? Oh! Make sure you know how to use a Keurig coffee maker. We never did figure out how to use it! Maybe it was broken or we are just technically challenged! The Flight 93 memorial was our favorite activity!

The apartment was not only spacious and immaculately clean, but also equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The convenient location made it easy for us to explore the area, and the seamless check-in process added to the overall positive experience. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful place to stay. We truly enjoyed our time there.

Susan and Steve are great hosts of this fantastic condo. They replied very quickly to any questions or concerns I had; always in a positive manner. The condo itself is really well appointed. All of the furniture is in great condition and very comfortable. They have provided everything you will need for a relaxing stay (fresh linens, bath towels, bath gel, shampoo, kindling for the wood burner, etc., etc.) Also, think odd little things that you may have forgotten, like plastic wrap, plastic storage bags, scotch tape, measuring spoons, etc. Yes, the kitchen is fully stocked. There are pots, pans, dishes and coffee mugs as well as spices and (although limited) some cooking oils. Rent this condo on your next trip to Blue Knob! You will NOT be disappointed. I have stayed at several condos there, this one was the best by far.

This place was perfect for our mini-moon! It was convenient to Seven Springs and Fallingwater, the two attractions we visited. It was private and had a beautiful woodsy view!
