The River House - Jinja Uganda

We had a family get together (mom, dad, two daughters and their husbands and a 2 year old.) The house was GREAT for us. The young family had their space, and the rest of us were at the other side of the house. The kitchen was well laid out - everything we needed for making meals was available. NOTHING was missing. Enough dishes and cutlery - and plastic wine glasses for the pool area - and plastic dishes for our 2 year old. (There were even toys!) The pool was GREAT. We spent most of our time there. Although there is tubing, kayaking and rafting nearby, we headed to town for supper a few times and just enjoyed the great spot we'd picked for the week. BEST: Rosie. She came in to clean every morning - and was never in the way. She was friendly and helpful. She is also onsite for massages, manicures and pedicures. We did take advantage of that and it was spot on! My husband and I live and work in Uganda - and we'll be back. It was a wonderful spot and a memorable vacation.

Nile Falls House - an exclusive Jinja experience.

Serenity by the Nile: A True Oasis We had an absolute dream stay at Nile Falls House in Jinja! The location, overlooking the majestic River Nile, was breathtakingly beautiful. The staff, especially Harriet and Lucky, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel like family. Their hospitality was exceptional, and they went over and above to ensure that all our needs were met. The property itself was serene and relaxing, with stunning views of the River Nile. The attention to detail was impressive, from the comfortable and clean rooms to the delicious meal served at the property. We spent our days lounging at the pool, taking in the sights and sounds of the Nile. We can't wait to return and experience the serenity of Nile Falls House. Highly recommended!!!! 5/5 stars.

Kelly’s place was a gem of a villa. Perfect for families, great attention to detail and a wonderful garden. Poolside is serene and the rooms are very comfortable and well styled. Kelly is a great host and great communicator and the staff are welcoming and helpful! Karibu!

Our home is a perfect family getaway. It is located in the beautiful village Bujagali - 12 min by car to Jinja City and a 10 min walk to the Nile (beautiful sunsets!, SUP, Kayaking, Boat Cruises, restaurants, Quad Biking…). The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a tropical bathroom with a rainfall shower, a master bedroom, kids room and an office. The colourful garden has a firepit, a pool and a play area. The veranda has comfy rocking chairs, a big dining table and a sofa.

Cottage with pool directly on the Nile

This is a on a private and fenced ground directly on the shore of the Nile. The house has 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms with double beds and a children room. A nice pool is on site. The kitchen is well furnished. Our caretaker is happy to help you prepare your meals. Location: Kayunga road, 10km from the Jinja Bridge direction Kayunga, between Holland Park and the Haven. The grounds around the house are spacious and we have cows, goats, pigs, chicken and one dog that live there.

The interior of the cottage features a natural stone floor, creating a rustic charm. Wooden beams support the ceiling, and a seating area with colorful cushions invites relaxation. A doorway leads to an outdoor space, providing views of the surrounding greenery.
