Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Jezera

Šime’s home is in the heart of the old town, just below the fortress, a charming 10 minute walk on limestone paths, up and down stairs, from the nearest parking. The house was immaculate with two comfortable bedrooms on the lower floor and a beautiful living room, dining room, and kitchen on the upper floor with spectacular sunset views. The lower level of the house has a bar, hot tub, and sauna, as well as a second large bath. We were thoroughly charmed by the location in the heart of the old town, and by the views across the water. Šime was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

Vielen Dank es hat wirklich sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den kleinen Hafen und der Sonnenuntergang waren einfach traumhaft. Eine gelungene Auszeit.

Toller Aufenthalt in Zman bei Fabio. Das Haus mit Jacuzzi und Outdoorküche war sehr schön. Der kleine Ort bietet alles fußläufig, Einkaufsladen, schöne Badestelle, Restaurants. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, kleine Wanderungen am Meer entlang bis zum nächsten Ort sind machbar.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in Vicko's Haus ! Alles war top und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind das unglaublich bequeme Bett, in dem wir wunderbar geschlafen haben, und der tolle Whirlpool, der für pure Entspannung gesorgt hat. Auch das komplett eingezäunte Grundstück war für uns und unseren Hund perfekt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Huset är perfekt för större sällskap som söker en lugn och behaglig plats att tillbringa sin semester på. Vi hade stora förhoppningar på boendet på förhand men blev trots det än mer positivt överraskad av platsen och alla bekvämligheter som fanns på plats. Bibinje är en mycket mysig by precis utanför Zadar, med bra restaurang utbud, bageri och mataffär. För den som vill bada i havet är det endast en kortare promenad. Kruno som värd får högsta betyg, ständigt hjälpsam och mycket trevlig. Han hjälpte oss med allt från transport till och från flygplatsen, tips om restauranger samt utflykter att genomföra. Summan av kardemumman är detta ett toppen boende med en toppen värd, hit skulle vi gärna komma igen! // Ingrid & Familj

We spent an unforgettable holiday in this wonderful place. The cozy and very well-maintained house with a jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful surroundings is a true gem! The peace, quiet, and proximity to nature allowed us to fully relax. The area is picturesque, and the walk to the nearby town with historic ruins was incredibly charming. The owners are very kind and helpful, taking care of every detail, which made the stay even more comfortable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to escape daily life and immerse themselves in a magical atmosphere! Thank you for the amazing stay, and I will definitely return!

Wir (6 Erwachsene ein Kleinkind und 2 Hunde) durften 2 Wochen in der Villa Indigo Urlaub machen.Dieses Haus können wir nur empfehlen. Wir wurden super lieb empfangen. Ein gedeckter Tisch mit kleiner Brotzeit und leckeren Snacks und Getränke standen für uns bereit. Die Villa Indigo ist eine Wunderschönes mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Haus. Alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden und die Gastgeber sind super toll die alles für ihre Gäste tun um sie Glücklich zu machen. Wir können es nur empfehlen seinen Urlaub dort zu verbringen wenn man Ruhe, Erholung und eine tolle Villa möchte. In den beiden Apartments hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt im unteren Apartment sogar einen Kaffeevollautomat. Die Einrichtung entsprach exakt den Abbildungen. Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit! Gerne wieder.

Fantastiskt fint hus som kanske till och med upplevs bättre i verkligheten. Väldigt vänlig och tillmötesgående värd som mötte upp oss vid huset och som också hade möjlighet att vara flexibel kring incheckningstid. Poolen och bubbelpoolen var fantastiska att använda, lika så att ligga vid bryggan nere vid havet. Det ingick även två SUP:ar som vi använde flitigt. Huset är dock beläget lite ödsligt, och passar de som vill ha en lugn avkoppling utan civilisation. Det enda som vi saknade var kvällssol, men det visste vi ju redan innan vi bokade att det saknades. Överlag är vi supernöjda med både huset och värden!

Pobyt w Villi Gina był znakomity! Po przyjeździe czekał na nas uroczy apartament z widokiem na morze, winko na stole oraz kawa. Kuchnia jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona, jacuzzi działa bez zarzutu, w pokojach również znajdowały się wszystkie niezbędne dodatki. Apartament ma niezwykły klimat oraz wystrój. Chętnie odwiedziłaby ponownie! Gospodarz jest niezwykle miły i pomocny, zapewnia zawsze szybki kontakt. Lokalizacja fantastyczna, w odległości 10 minut spacerem znajduje się plaża, sklepy, miasto. Idealny wybór jeśli ktoś chce odpocząć w pięknym miejscu, polecam!

Wir haben das Haus mit 6 Personen gemietet und hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub. Das Haus entspricht genau den Erwartung, die Sauberkeit ist super, die Gastgeber immer nett und zu jeder Zeit zu erreichen. Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz, mehr als genug Badezimmer und fühlten uns sehr wohl in diesem schönen Haus. Die Lage ist ruhig gelegen und umgeben von einer schönen Natur, jedoch etwas schwierig beim ersten Mal zu finden, aber den Weg hat man danach drauf. Außerdem hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht über die Landschaft und kurze Wege nach Zadar und Sukosan. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert

We have just got home from the most wonderful week spent at Villa Marella. Ivana greeted us on arrival and showed us around, explaining the villa and answering our questions. The villa is absolutely stunning as is the beautiful, peaceful village of Seget Donji in which it sits. We were in easy walking distance of the village and its amenities and also within 20 minutes walk of Trogir. We had miserable, stormy weather on our third day and Ivana asked if she could come to tidy up the pool area for us to be able to use the following day… we woke to it looking immaculate! We cannot thank Ivana enough for allowing us to stay in her beautiful place.

Wir haben ein paar tolle Tage in der Villa Bura verbracht. Es ist ein top ausgestattetes Haus mit viel Platz, schönem Pool inkl. Whirlpool, eigenem Fußballplatz und einer ruhigen Umgebung. man benötigt jedoch in jedem Fall ein Auto, auch wenn scheinbar ein Bus im Ort in Richtung Split fährt. Zu empfehlen ist das kleine Hafenstädtchen Pirovac für gute Restaurants ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto sowie Tisno, um sich ein Boot zu leihen. Unser Gastgeber Fam. Bura hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und ein tolles BBQ gezaubert. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Bardzo ładna i przestronna villa z podgrzewanym basenem. Duże pokoje, każdy ze swoją łazienką. Zlokalizowana nieco na uboczu - przez to okolica jest cicha i zapewniająca prywatność. Dobry punkt wypadowy do miasta Sibenik (15min) oraz na okoliczne plaże. Ogólnie Villa wygląda jak na zdjęciach i jest w niej wszystko, czego potrzeba. Mieliśmy tu naprawdę świetne wakacje!
