Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Jezera

Šime’s home is in the heart of the old town, just below the fortress, a charming 10 minute walk on limestone paths, up and down stairs, from the nearest parking. The house was immaculate with two comfortable bedrooms on the lower floor and a beautiful living room, dining room, and kitchen on the upper floor with spectacular sunset views. The lower level of the house has a bar, hot tub, and sauna, as well as a second large bath. We were thoroughly charmed by the location in the heart of the old town, and by the views across the water. Šime was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

We had a fantastic stay at Vicko's house! Everything was great and exceeded our expectations. Particularly noteworthy are the incredibly comfortable bed, in which we slept wonderfully, and the great hot tub, which provided pure relaxation. The completely fenced property was also perfect for us and our dog. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this place!

The house is perfect for larger groups seeking a quiet and comfortable place to spend their holidays. We had great hopes for the accommodation in advance but despite that, it was even more pleasantly surprised by the location and all the amenities that were in place. Bibinje is a very cozy village just outside Zadar, with good restaurant selection, bakery and grocery store. For those who want to swim in the sea, it is only a shorter walk. Kruno as a host gets the highest rating, constantly helpful and very nice. He helped us with everything from transportation to and from the airport, tips on restaurants, and excursions to take. The bottom line is this a great place to stay with a great host, here we would love to come again! // Ingrid & Family

We spent an unforgettable holiday in this wonderful place. The cozy and very well-maintained house with a jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful surroundings is a true gem! The peace, quiet, and proximity to nature allowed us to fully relax. The area is picturesque, and the walk to the nearby town with historic ruins was incredibly charming. The owners are very kind and helpful, taking care of every detail, which made the stay even more comfortable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to escape daily life and immerse themselves in a magical atmosphere! Thank you for the amazing stay, and I will definitely return!

We (6 adults an infant and 2 dogs) were allowed to spend 2 weeks in the Villa Indigo vacation.This house we can only recommend. We were very warmly received. A set table with a small snack and delicious snacks and drinks were ready for us. Villa Indigo is a beautiful house furnished with a lot of love. Everything your heart desires is available and the hosts are super great who do everything for their guests to make them happy. We can only recommend spending your vacation there if you want peace, quiet and a great villa. Best regards to Lilli and her family, you are very dear landlords with a lot of love for your guests . There was nothing missing in the two apartments. There is even a fully automatic coffee machine in the lower apartment. The facility corresponded exactly to the illustrations. It was all to our complete satisfaction! Glad to come back.

Fantastic nice house that might even be better in real life. Very friendly and accommodating host who met us at the house and who also had the opportunity to be flexible around check-in time. The pool and hot tub were amazing to use, equally so lying at the jetty down by the ocean. There were also two SUPS that we used extensively. However, the house is located a little desolate, and is suitable for those who want a peaceful relaxation without civilization. The only thing we were missing was evening sun, but we already knew that before we booked that it was missing. Overall, we are super happy with both the house and the host!

Staying at Villa Gina was excellent! When we arrived, we had a lovely apartment overlooking the sea, wine on the table, and coffee. The kitchen is very well equipped, the hot tub works perfectly, the rooms also had all the necessary extras. The apartment has an extraordinary atmosphere and decor. She would love to visit again! The host is incredibly kind and helpful, always providing quick contact. The location is fantastic, within a 10 minute walk there is the beach, shops, town. The perfect choice if someone wants to relax in a beautiful place, I recommend!

We rented the house with 6 people and had a very relaxed holiday. The house exactly meets the expectation, the cleanliness is great, the hosts are always nice and reachable at all times. We had more than enough space, more than enough bathrooms and felt very comfortable in this beautiful house. The location is quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, but a little difficult to find the first time, but you have the path on it afterwards. You also have beautiful views over the countryside and short distances to Zadar and Sukosan. Overall highly recommended

We have just got home from the most wonderful week spent at Villa Marella. Ivana greeted us on arrival and showed us around, explaining the villa and answering our questions. The villa is absolutely stunning as is the beautiful, peaceful village of Seget Donji in which it sits. We were in easy walking distance of the village and its amenities and also within 20 minutes walk of Trogir. We had miserable, stormy weather on our third day and Ivana asked if she could come to tidy up the pool area for us to be able to use the following day… we woke to it looking immaculate! We cannot thank Ivana enough for allowing us to stay in her beautiful place.

We had a great few days at Villa Bura. It is a top equipped house with plenty of space, beautiful pool incl. Hot tub, private football field and a quiet environment. However, you definitely need a car, even if there seems to be a bus in the village towards Split. Recommended is the small harbor town of Pirovac for good restaurants about 20 minutes by car as well as Tisno to borrow a boat. Our host Fam. Bura gave us a very warm welcome and conjured up a great BBQ. Thank you for the great time!

Very nice and spacious villa with heated pool. Large rooms, each with their own bathroom. Located a little off the beaten path, the neighborhood is quiet and private. A good starting point to the city of Sibenik (15min) and the surrounding beaches. Overall, the Villa looks like the photos and has everything you need. We had a really great vacation here!
