Had a great time and a great stay at the Frenchmen. It’s exactly as stated. Comfy bed! Not a lot of options for breakfast/brunch but plenty to do all night. Enjoy the music!

Nice apartment, extremely well located, walking distance from the street car and many grocery stores. Brian is a top host, very proactive and easy to communicate with (he responds to messages within a few minutes). We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Brian for letting us stay in your apartment, and for tour kindness during our stay from the start.

Ryan was an excellent host. Great communication from the time we booked until we left. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. In a great location easily accessible to uptown, the garden district and downtown. I would highly recommend and plan on returning!

Joe was incredibly communicative and enjoyable to chat with. The place itself is part of a beautiful old Nola home right on historic Esplanade. There’s easy street parking, access to blue bikes, walkable to City Park and the street car, walkable to Bayou St John, to Parkway Deli, to…lots of stuff. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the place was clean, and it had everything you would need. Note that it does not have a full kitchen. Rather it has the kitchen amenities of a hotel room. But it’d Nola! You don’t need more than a mini fridge, microwaves, and coffee maker. Too much good food in the city to eat in the AirBNB. The area is safe, the street is lined with the majestic live oak trees creating a beautiful canopy over the road, and it’s just a great spot. Thanks Joe!

Our stay at Lori's for my youngest daughter's graduation from Tulane was wonderful! It was easy to get to and the apartment itself was super clean and neat. It was the perfect spot for my son and daughter to join me as we participated in more than three days of celebration. The kitchen had everything that we needed, the bathroom was tastefully appointed and towels were plentiful. We slept soundly in our bedrooms and enjoyed relaxing in the living room. Lori was very responsive, and she even responded when I called her in an emergency the day of the unified graduation after we realized we left my daughter's cap with tassel back at the apartment. It was a great stay and we would recommend Lori's place anytime. Thank you!

I cannot express how lovely this stay was, I could not ask for more. The Bnb is stocked with everything you need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, washer/dryer, laundry and dish detergent. There is a full dishwasher as well as fully functioning kitchen (if you’re into that we ate out everyday tehe). The linens are pristine and spotless with a gorgeous green couch highlighting the living room. I stayed with my partner and the place was perfect, there is a rather large closet to the right of the bedroom entrance that I used as my own to keep shared spaces neat and organized. The bed is like a dream and the apartment is large enough not to step on each other’s toes. The building is easy to find and we felt very safe and secure in both the area and apartment ;) very walkable area with great brunch place 5 minute walking distance. We used uber to get into market square/ bourbon street (10-15 min uber). The host also went above and beyond shipping a left item to me

This was an add on night for us, as we had reservations for the next night, but wanted to come to town a day earlier. Adam was very accommodating, letting us use a different room in the same building then even offered an early check in if needed. We loved the location and will definitely be staying here again!

Great space if you want to stay on Frenchman in the middle of NoLa’s music scene. The balcony was our favorite. The AC worked great. We loved the space and we felt right at home.

I have only great things to say about Mathilde! She went above and beyond as a host—we arrived to a house that not only matched the description exactly, but also contained complementary toiletries, fresh snacks and water, extra linens, and a binder full of nearby restaurants and must-see attractions. Everything from day 1 to checkout went incredibly smoothly, and we said several times that we would 100% stay here again if we ever return to NOLA. The location is perfect and very walkable to nearby restaurants and a grocery store. Don’t hesitate to book with Mathilde!! You will not regret it 😄

Khalil’s place was exceptional! We would stay here again in a heartbeat the next time we come to New Orleans. It was spotless, easy to get to, and a beautiful place! It’s not far from the quarter at all, and easily walkable or a short uber ride to surrounding areas. He was so nice to communicate with too. We were able to check in a little early and have a later checkout as well, which was great.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, the house was cozy and well stocked with all the essential necessities. The place was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet with plenty of grocery stores nearby. The home location was easy to find and all of our destinations were within 15 to 20 minutes. We would love to return for a second stay and will recommend it to our friends. Thank you, Kenny

Apartment was in a great location for getting multiple places! Grocery store one block down was very convenient. Off street parking was a plus. Easily walked to Frenchman and Bourbon Street! Apartment was also furnished nicely and set up well to accommodate a 4 night stay.

We had an amazing weekend at Jeannette’s place! It was in a perfect location and had plenty of privacy. It was also very very safe and secure which was an awesome touch for our girls weekend! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Emily’s. We were picking our daughter up from Tulane and were able to walk over to campus easily. Emily is very communicative, easy going, and made sure we felt at home. The unit is spacious and the back yard is gorgeous! As noted, Emily and her family live above the unit, and although we could sometimes hear footsteps, we rarely heard anything else. They are extremely thoughtful and have taken care to minimize noise. We found it the perfect place to stay for our needs.

Dionne is very welcoming!!! Loved her home and decor. I would definitely would stay again!!! Thank you for having us.

Our group had a great time at this spot! Looked like the photos/description, host was responsive when we had questions, thick/soundproof walls so other groups weren’t an issue for us. Felt very private and secluded from the street despite being close to other houses. Overall, highly recommend!

I had a really great time in the home & close to everything I wanted to get to

It was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed my sister-in-law‘s bachelorette we only just wish that they have more accommodations for cleaning supplies but other than that everything else was great really close to the French Quarter in Bourbon St, which are some of the main attractions as well as some of my favorite food restaurantswhen I visit back home

Ligy was such a wonderful host! She was friendly and extremely responsive. I could tell that she really cared about making sure our stay was the best it could be and totally went the extra mile to do so. She was very accommodating. The place itself was really nice. It was a well managed room in a time-share hotel that fit me and my father's needs perfectly for a last minute one-night stay for the super bowl without having to settle on quality or cleanliness. Thank you so much!

Stayed here with my wife for our anniversary and enjoyed every moment of this location! Extremely walkable & safe, close to several delicious restaurants & fun shops. We were there for the yearly champagne walk on Magazine St., and the party did not disappoint! The St. Charles trolley is only a few blocks away and was extremely easy to navigate. Also, hot tub! Would stay here again.

Perfect place for a single person or a couple. Me and my girlfriend stayed here with our dog and the price was unbeatable! Safe fenced in location with a little outdoor hang out area, would highly recommend!

We stayed at Gabriel’s place while in New Orleans for a festival. The location was the perfect distance from the fairgrounds and the hot tub was great for relaxing after a long day. We mostly ate out, but the kitchen had sufficient supplies for minimal cooking. Gabriel was very quick to respond to messages and easy to work with. We would recommend Gabriel’s place for any group needing a few rooms for a short stay exploring the awesome venues and food of New Orleans!
