Another great stay at the Ranch House. The house has every comfort and we really appreciated that the house and hot tub were at ideal temps on the cold November day we checked in. The staff is beyond nice. Apologizing for doing routine landscaping which was not disruptive at all, and giving us info on the trails located on the property. I also love the attention to detail. For example, the bird feeders in front of the house were filled and the trails are nicely marked so you don't get lost. Thank you Chelsea for a wonderful time.

The Kinsman cabin was so beautiful and the owners take such great care of the home. It was decorated exquisitely for Christmas and totally exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was there in the well stocked kitchen to prepare for our huge Thanksgiving dinner and Ohio State Michigan party! The hot tub was AMAZING!!! Everything was so clean, the fireplace was fantastic, the beds and sofas were so comfortable and the gorgeous large dining room table was perfect for all of us to enjoy dinner together and family game night! I can’t say enough positive things about the whole experience!! We will definitely be back to stay again and make more wonderful family memories in the cabin in the woods!!

My family and I had a wonderful long weekend at Kingsville Lodge! We were a relatively large group which included children as well as older adults and everyone felt right at home. There is so much to do at the house itself you really don’t need to leave to keep yourself entertained for days. The house was clean and very cute and had absolutely everything. Sharyn was extremely responsive and easy to reach throughout our stay. By far the best communication I’ve ever had with a host. Amazing! We would definitely stay again. Thanks Sharyn!!!

We have been to Kevin’s places multiple times. He and his properties are always great and if there is ever any question, he is easy to reach and always responds quickly.

The house and property were absolutely beautiful. We had so much fun hiking the area, going in the canoe on the lake and using the hot tub. The house was very clean and the host was very fast to respond to messages. The kitchen was very well stocked with necessities. Loved the attention the detail in the decor. They do have well water so you may have to plan accordingly if you are not used to drinking well water. Also the host does request your email after booking and sends a 7 page, detailed contract that requires signing within 48 hours in order to keep your booking. I’m assuming they must have had some very bad experiences with guests previously and with such a nice property I can see why they would want to keep it nice. Overall very nice cabin for a nice relaxing weekend!

This cabin was absolutely gorgeous and packed full of amenities and fun. It’s even more beautiful in person. It’s private and picturesque. We enjoyed the pool table, air hockey, shuffle board, pinball, and so many other games! The hot tub felt really nice and was very spacious. Very clean. It had everything needed for a home away from home. The host Adam was personable and there to help if needed. We truly had such a nice visit here. Highly recommend!!!

This place is a dream! The cabin was better than described. We wanted for nothing! Checking in was seamless. We enjoyed lazy days of reading and fishing and hanging out with our 7 month old and our pup. Winnie left us fully stocked—even firewood for the wood burning stove which we thoroughly enjoyed. It was more than enough to keep us super toasty during our stay. The river and surrounding area was perfect for hiking (plan to use a baby carrier rather than a stroller). The cabin is cozy and spacious too. The kitchen was well stocked and was perfect for cooking a big pot of chili to feast on. There were ample art supplies, books, and games. We sincerely hope that Winnie will have us back again as we can see this cabin becoming a family favorite.

This cozy cabin is absolutely delightful, charming, whimsical and extraordinarily superior. Judith has thought of so many extras to make the stay here extra special. The setting is lovely and the front porch was magical. Judith has bird feeders and twinkle lights for at night as well as a fantastic security light. I loved having coffee and reading time on the front porch while watching a wonderful display of beautiful birds at the feeders. I would love to return here for another stay. It was extravagantly comfy and delightfully decorated. And I am so grateful that my pups were able to accompany me and Judith makes it cozy for them also.

During our stay our car battery died and we had no jumper cables. The host was so nice and immediately responded when I messaged. She took time out of her day to bring us jumper cables and to make sure we were ok. It was awesome!

what an awesome view going down the driveway to the cabin. Quiet,cozy and relaxing. Fishing was great. Small mouth bass and bluegill was what I was catching. We seen wild turkeys and deer and lots of different birds. Host was great in keeping in touch with us and the cabin was stocked up very well. We will definitely be going back! Thanks appreciate it! The cabin is just as it was described, cozy, in the middle of beautiful surroundings, and “off the grid”. It was exactly what I was looking for when searching for a place to stay with my dog to refresh and recharge. We enjoyed walking to the creek, watching the wildlife, and spending time on the porch watching it rain.

This was a perfect, quiet getaway for 3 people. We had a great time and will be back.

Such an amazing and cozy cabin. Everything was clean, organized and easy to find. We arrived later than anticipated and Jason left the outside lights on which helped so much since it was really dark when we arrived. The cabin is tucked away but close enough in case you need to get groceries or want to go out to eat instead of cooking in. It had its own little patio for our little dog and it’s surrounded by beautiful trees. It snowed a bit while we stayed and each room had its own thermostat so it was cozy and warm. Jason was always reachable and super friendly. We definitely will be staying again!

This cabin was the perfect spot for our little weekend getaway! It was very tidy with all of the essentials and more needed for our stay. Just a short walk to the lake for breathtaking views of the sunset!

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at Dalton’s place! It was perfectly located for a wedding in the area and was very spacious. Dalton was very responsive and accommodating during our stay.

We had a great time! There was plenty of room for two adults and three big dogs. There was a large yard and lots of trails for us to walk through. Everything was very nice, can’t wait to rebook in the future. Thanks!

Loved this little cabin. Attention was given to every detail. Even the bathroom had extra guest items if you forgot something and the storage area had luggage stands available. The kitchen was fully equipped even with a spice rack on the wall. The wood on the walls made this place really homey and the bathroom was new also. There was a Firepit outside with wood available for a relaxing evening. Beautiful quiet area and a large wrap around deck. Staying here made it easy to meet up with our daughter who was camping in Pymatuning. Also Jess was super helpful and friendly to communicate with. Will definitely come again next year Thanks Jess !

What a fantastic stay! The views are incredible with more than enough space for the kids to run around the property. Robin was very responsive in answering any questions we had and heading into town is a beautiful drive.

It was a nice place right next to Pyumatuning lake. It was a few minutes from the local downtown, which was small, but had nice people and good places to eat. I was surprised by the presence of a game room. The area was beautiful and a great place to get away from busy-ness.

Beautiful cabin within walking distance to lake. All local attractions are within a 10-20 minute drive. Cabin felt like home, very clean, with everything you could possibly need. Will book again. Highly recommend.
