Our house on the lake is located in the middle of the Oeltal at the source of the Bottwar. Surrounded by forest and pure nature, the house invites you perfectly to forget the stress of everyday life for a few days. The house is fully equipped with a bedroom, kitchen, air conditioning and a sauna with access to a natural pond. Fishing is also possible by arrangement in our natural pond. On weekends, you can also stop by our mill house. Best regards from the Upper Oil Mill.

The A 6 highway is 2 kilometers away. 10 minutes' drive to Öhringen and 15 minutes to Heilbronn. Stuttgart is 50 minutes away. To relax, drive 10 minutes to Lake Breitenau.
