Beautiful house in a great location close to Sauda and the water. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the canoe. The weather wasn't bad. There are more than enough hiking opportunities in the area. Despite the rain, we took a few nice walks. Information is available in the house with good tips. Very friendly host.

Daniel was a great guest. Communication was easy and friendly from the start, and he treated the apartment with care and respect. He left everything clean and in order, which we really appreciated. He was also very helpful and thoughtful during his stay – overall, just a really pleasant person to host. We’d be happy to welcome him again anytime. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alf’s and Helena’s in Flekkefjord! The flat was spotless—seriously one of the cleanest and most comfortable places we’ve ever stayed in. It felt like a true home away from home. The view of the surrounding fjord was just breathtaking; we found ourselves just staring out the window with a cup of coffee, soaking it all in - even though we only stayed there for one night. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always easy to talk to and ready to help with anything we needed. It really made the whole experience feel warm and personal. And I can’t forget to mention their adorable cat—such a sweet little addition to the stay! If you’re thinking about staying in Flekkefjord, I can’t recommend this place enough. Peaceful, cozy, and truly memorable.

This place was perfect in every way. A great little getaway for a few days, or even longer. The surroundings were amazing and close enough to town in case you wanted to get out. The views are worth it and it was so peaceful and quiet. I can’t wait to come back in the summer!

Håvard's apartment was nice and spacious, cozy, clean and well-equipped. It is located in beautiful surroundings with good hiking opportunities. Good and fast communication. Håvard gave us tips for hiking and restaurant visits, even though we only had one night.

Very pleasant stay. The home is clean, nice, and is in a quiet neighborhood. There was a clean linen and towel added. The home has all the kitchen supplies that man needs. Last and not least, the home is very centralized Absolutely we recommend this home 🙂 ❤

Thank you for this great place. Very quiet location, an incredibly beautiful view from the dining table and hiking trails are within walking distance. A fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and pleasant beds made the stay, even though it was very short as we are passing through, for a very pleasant evening

The apartment is very spacious and not far from supermarkets and the train station to Stavanger central. Obviously the view is amazing.

We were very kindly and warmly received and given a short tour to the sea. We could use the canoe and enjoy the view. The room and bathroom were fine! Nice and hot water for showering. The animals present made the stay even more enjoyable. Very nice and quiet environment. We stayed here with our 1 year old son for one night after a drive from Belgium. We were able to recover well here to continue our journey. We would stay here again!

The apartment was fine for our family of three. It was close to the city center with a nice view of the water. A plus there were toys for our 5 year old son.

Stayed in the apartment in connection with work. We were 2 people, each with our own bedroom and good beds. The kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed. Overall, a very good apartment 😊👍

I stayed in Ingrid’s apartment for 7 weeks, April and May 2025, while visiting the University of Stavanger. The apartment was just perfect, clean and modern, with all necessary utilities. Very good bed, shower, TV and sound installation for music, washing machine and drier, and a completely new kitchen. The table with a view and the couches were very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better. This is an upscale part of Stavanger with supermarkets literally around the corner and a great Kanelsnurren (gourmet bakery) on walking distance. The city center is at a very nice 20 minute walk (go up left of the tunnel and take a right on Nymansveien). I loved the run along the fjord (leave the apartment from the second floor and turn left, leave the compound and cross one narrow street and you are right on a wonderful path along the water, with breathtaking views). Ingrid was very responsive and gave lots of good tips about the area. I hope to come back!
