Peace and quiet right under the slopes of Ještěd. The townhouse is not left near Ski Resort Ještěd, Jizera Mountains. By car you are in Bedřichov in 25 minutes, but you can also use public transport. Year-round you can visit Bikepark Ještěd, golf courses, and sports centers for indoor sports. The house is located 5min walk from the tram stop, which will take you directly to the city center.The accommodation includes 2 parking spaces. There is an entire house, including a garden with a patio with outdoor seating.

Relax under the roof

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The "Relaxation under the roof" premises were created by the reconstruction of a hundred-year-old attic. The energy here is supplied by the original beams and other elements that we returned to the place after the reconstruction. The dominant feature is a wooden staircase also made of original beams. The staircase leads to a cozy attic room for sleeping. The apartment is located on the opposite side of the road, ensuring peace and quiet.

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

The modern wooden building is a newly built stylish cottage in a modern design, located in the magical surroundings of the Jizera Mountains near the cycling paradise - Singltrek pod Smrkem. The surrounding nature also attracts hiking trips and relaxation. The perfect choice for 2 - 3 families with children, where parents will love the privacy of the downstairs bedrooms, while the kids enjoy the loft atypical bedroom downright. :)

DZIK near Karpacz cottage with sauna & fireplace

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
