Second time here, great area with bars and restaurants full of locals, easy access to sights by ferry and bus/tram.

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

Big and cozy apartment, minutes walk from from transport commute hub. Very quiet location, beautiful views, lot of restaurants nearby. I would like to stay here again.

Konaklamamız çok güzel geçti. Birkaç ufak sorun yaşadık ama Emrah Bey hızlı bir şekilde çözüme kavuşturdu. Gitmeyi düşünen herkese şunu söyleyebilirim: Manzarası harika, konakladığımız yerdeki insanların iletişimi çok iyi ve kendinizi tamamen rahat hissedebileceğiniz bir ortam var. Yakınlarda birçok yemek yenilecek yer ve alışveriş noktası bulunuyor. Benim için en önemli avantajlardan biri ise daireye ait ücretsiz kapalı otopark ve açık otoparkın olmasıydı. Her şey için Emrah Bey’e tekrar teşekkür ederim. Yolumuz tekrar düşerse, kesinlikle yeniden konaklamak isteriz.

Снял апартаменты уже второй раз, очень доволен персоналом. Спасибо Мадоне и Ахмету за внимание, номера чистые и если есть вопросы бытовые то быстро решаются. На счёт расположения жилья - очень удобное, рядом метро Yenikapi и автобусная остановка, магазины, кафе и вещевой рынок. В 10 минутах ходьбы набережная Мраморного моря. Остался доволен, в следующий раз обязательно остановимся в этом отеле. P.S Для любителей готовить дома, в аппараментах есть кухня.

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

Great place. Sweet was very easy to reach and connect. Location was the bess part : 9 mins walk to metro , Cevahir shopping mall , and grocery.

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

Lovely house in a great location. Quiet streets, but close to loads of bars and restaurants. House was as described and very clean.

Voyage en famille avec 2 enfants. Logement parfait très spacieux avec tout le nécessaire, conforme à la description, la vue sur le Bosphore et la mosquée est magnifique du matin au soir. Logement impeccable d’une propreté parfaite !! Proximité devant le ferry vers les îles ou Kadikoy, funiculaire vers Taksim, bazar mosquée bleue juste en face. Palais à visiter juste en face également. De très bons déjeuner à 10 minutes. Samet était très réactif avant pendant et même après le séjour ! Je recommande les yeux fermés ! Merci !!

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again

We spent total of six nights and enjoyed everyday and everything. The flat is clean, modern and comfortable. The owner and his team are very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit of away from the city center but it has good public transport connections. We highly recommend it!!

Really great and kind guy who makes sure that you have everything you need. What ever you need to do or whereever you need to go he is happy to help out. Professional and clean especially for the price
