Great place in the perfect location. Could walk to almost all attractions. Nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops.

I can't say enough good things about Daniela's place. It's extremely unique and has everything we needed during our stay. The location is a stones throw away from the colosseum and all the historical sites are within a 1 hour walk. If you want to travel back in time and make your experience in Rome more magical then I would highly recommend staying here.

Jochen was always very friendly and warm. She waited for us to welcome us and give us recommendations. Always attentive. The apartment was perfect for our stay. The Testaccio neighborhood seemed great and friendly very close to buses and with a lot of business. We had a wonderful time in Rome staying at Jochen's house. We would definitely go back. Thank you Jochen for everything!

Our stay with Nataliya was amazing and our only regret is we only spent 2 days there! Nataliya reached out prior to our visit to make sure to meet us as we arrived. Our Airbnb had a pie waiting for us and everything was as advertised. We were traveling with a toddler and Nataliya made sure to have a height chair and pack n play set up for us. The location is in easy walking distance from the train station and the tourist attractions. Nataliya has a bar downstairs which was great to stop by and have drinks at the end of the day. I highly recommend booking with Nataliya!

Andreina's place was amazing!!! We felt like royalty the entire time we were there. Super spacious, well equipped, close to restaurants and markets. Andreina was always very kind and helpful, answering our questions and putting our minds at ease about things to do. Beautiful apartment and location!!! We would come back in a heart beat!!!!

Marianna's apartment in Rome was well located. Ultra modern with all the amenities one needs on vacation. Proximate to bus stops and metro it is easy to get anywhere in Rome. Nice neighborhood with some nice bars and restaurants at walking distance apart from supermarkets for buying essentials. We highly recommend and would return on our next Rome visit.

Apartment in a great location to reach Piazza San Pietro in a few minutes on foot and close to the metro stop. Cozy, clean and equipped with all comforts Very kind host, easy to communicate with and responds in a short time I was pleasantly surprised and found the breakfast offered extremely hospitable and kind. If we were to return to Rome, we would gladly return here.

Robby’s condo is the perfect place from which to explore and appreciate Roma. For starters, it’s just two blocks from Termini, so you’ll be able to walk to and from the condo with ease (you’ll appreciate this when you’re tired and need to return to Termini to head to the airport). And Termini has very good pastries and coffee, so your breakfast options are also just two blocks away. Now for some of the nuts and bolts of the place: the shower is very small but you get plenty of hot water, and quickly. The mattress is firm but that’s actually a good thing if your back gets sore easily like mine from walking up and down the seven hills of Rome. The AC worked perfectly, and was preset to 17 degrees. The fridge worked well and was spacious. And the wifi was very good. The condo does not offer picturesque views but it has reliable amenities and is comfortable. I would stay here again, since I visit Rome every year, just to eat (it’s a fact you can’t find a good carbonara outside of Italy).

We could not have wished more for a four day experience in Rome. The location really feels like the center of Rome and the appartment felt like an oasis in a busstling town. The beds were really great and the living room felt like home. The communication with the host was excellent and we received great restaurant suggestions. We even forgot some personal belongings, which they immediately send to our house address. We will definitely come back!

We had an amazing time and in no small part to our hosts, they provided some great restaurant recommendations for us and those didn't disappoint. Excellent communication and very quick to come back with any questions we had. It was a short walk to the Colloseum and to the restaurants locally. We would highly recommend this apartment for a stay.

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.

Very nice, safe and functional apartment for long stays

This was our first Airbnb experience. The reviews were spot on. Mark is an excellent host and Rodel the property manager was extremely helpful. We loved everything about the apartment. It’s location is so close to all the action, yet you don’t get all of the street noise. Everything about this stay was fantastic. All the best to you Mark and Rodel!

We had a great time in the apartment. Close to grocery store, restaurants and bakery. Great transport links into central Rome with many different itineraries. The pool was great after a day inside the central parts of Rome. Flavio was super flexible and we both got to check in early and stay longer before we were flying home late. Communication with Flavio was great and he responded quickly and was very helpful. My warmest recommendations!
