Questo luogo è una vera perla: la vicinanza con la spiaggia, la tranquillità, la privacy, vari posti auto gratuiti adiacenti la casa, il giardino, la veranda con tavolo per mangiare sotto l'incomparabile cielo gigliese, lo scorcio sull'incantevole mare. Outstanding location 5 minutes walk from Giglio Porto and 15 minutes walk to Cannelle beach. With a 100sqm terrace overlooking the sea, a small garden, external tub, shower and toilet facility. Open plan living room with double sofa-bed and kitchen diner. On the 1st floor, panoramic double bedroom with small terrace, bathroom with shower, washing machine. Private parking.

Time becomes a friend of the day, dictated only by the arrival of the ferry, by the sun that opens on the piers in the morning, and by the knoll overlooking the small port, which gives the first shadow of the island in the afternoon.
