Great place. Will be visiting again!!

I checked in with a a family of 6. The place was perfect, just as it had been described. The cleanliness, organization and facilities were top notch. Elijah is present and very helpful. Guest also have full access to Maiyan villages for swimming (heated pool), tennis, outdoor gym, cycling, horse riding (at a fee) among others. I later realized that I had got a great deal on the price when I realized that I had paid lower than the market rates for the other cottages. I would highly recommend the place for anyone travelling with family to Nanyuki and is looking to have a peaceful and exciting adventures. Thanks Elijah.

A great stay. My girlfriends and I enjoyed disconnecting from Nairobi hustle and bustle for a quick weekend .

We had a wonderful stay at Himani’s! The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated our big group. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, offering a true escape into nature. We were thrilled to see monkeys, warthogs, antelopes, and zebras grazing right outside the house—it was such a special and unforgettable experience. A big shoutout to Mary, the househelp, who was incredibly sweet, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we’d definitely love to return!

The Landing is an exquisite haven of tranquility and privacy. The photos simply cannot capture its true beauty. From the cottage, you’re treated to stunning views of Mt. Kenya, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The place was clean and thoughtfully prepared for our stay. I enjoyed a truly wonderful weekend and will definetly return. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating, addressing all our needs seamlessly. The staff was also exceptionally helpful, ensuring that every request was met. A beautiful place for sure and worth the experience.

From the booking process all the way to check out, Christinah and her team did a fantastic job hosting me and my friends. They had a guide meet us at the main road to help us find the hidden gem. There was a hostess ready to greet us and help us with anything we needed. The hired chef made meals that were always delicious. The house itself - a masterpiece; high ceilings, large bedrooms (all en-suite), natural lighting, large windows, fireplace that was lit every night, modern appliances in the kitchen & quiet and green environment. We didn’t want to leave and we can’t wait to be back again.

Great place to stay, quiet and cool great internet connection esp if you need to work from home

I have used the services of Air B&B for many years and have had great hosts. However without any hesitation, Lydia is simply the best host by a long shot! Very responsive, passionate about making her guests feel comfortable and well cared for. She personally sees to it that everything was to her high standards. Her place is very secure, very spacious, modern , private and everything you’d expect of a high end facility. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will definitely be back and would very highly recommend Lydia’s home for anyone looking for a facility that ticks all the boxes.

Amazing host. If you are going to Nanyuki, Bernice is the best host you will ever have. She's great at communicating and receiving us. She cooked for us, at a small fee of course. She provided someone to help us while we stayed there. It was just an amazing experience. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much Bernice

Karen is a very friendly and welcoming host. The house is immaculate with a huge living area. The garden is a large green oasis with perfect privacy. Fast WiFi connection and great water pressure. Although we only stayed for one night, passing through Nanyuki, this AirBnB would be perfect for a long term stay. Highly recommended.

I stayed at the Kiota House for two nights in February 2024 with a group of 8th people, and can really recommend it for groups. The house is an old colonial house build on a small escarpment with absolutely amazing views over the savanna below, and mount Kenya in the distance. The house is beautifully decorated, the rooms are all spacious and ensuite, great balconies and public spaces, beautiful garden, etc. The staff were very kind and helpful, the cook was amazing (we brought our own food and I don't think we could have done a better job ourselves cooking it). We also asked for a safari vehicle for game drives, and they provided us with Peter Mukubio - one of the best guides that I have had in Kenya. The conservancy is nice, many elephants, giraffes, we saw lions, cheetahs, bateared foxes, lots of birds, and many more. To note - they only accept 4x4 cars in safari colours, and you always need a guide with you. This could have been communicated clearer. Apart from this, all was good!
