The accommodation was beautiful, private pool and well equipped kitchen. Only 5 minutes to the beach, quiet and pleasant environment. Highly recommended!

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

The apartment we got was different from the one in the photos. The amenities were better than the listing. There was air conditioning that you can't see in the listing. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is clean and well-equipped. A clean bathroom with a bidet, everything is in working order. Washer. No iron. Quiet neighborhood, downstairs shops with vegetables, fish, liquors, cafe. The pool is no longer open in October. Close to a nice cove that shows the charm and cleanliness of the water by the calm sea. The host is kind and helpful. A quiet town, not much going on in October. To Bari half an hour by bus 12 or train from the train station 30min away. A good base for exploring nearby towns. Recommended.

We had a really relaxing stay in Marta's appartament. Everything was well equipped, clean and we enjoyed the outside area including the pool, lovely sitting area and two loungers. We also appreciate the privacy. Marta was always helpful and made us feel comfortable all the time. We'd like to come back for another time. For future guests, there are some calm animals (cats and dogs) in the yard.

I absolutely fell in love with Casa Caroseno — it’s a place that captivates you in every way. The atmosphere is magical, with exquisite design that beautifully reflects the local architecture. The interiors are warm and inviting, full of refined details, and the garden with its pool is simply stunning. Everything here is of the highest standard. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The traditional meal you can order on-site adds an authentic and unforgettable touch to the whole experience. Francesca is a wonderful host — incredibly friendly and attentive to every detail. I will definitely be coming back for a longer stay! <3

Very accommodating host, very friendly and knowledgeable. He was absolutely lovely! And he introduced us to the restaurant downstairs, which is a must! The house was perfect, spacious, and great for hanging out in, whether in the dining area or the rooftop. Just the perfect place to stay at in Matera. We loved it.

Beautiful, modern decorated apartment is tastefully decorated yet retains it's historical past. One of the best places we have stayed on this trip to Italy. Felt like home. The apartment is located in the historical part of the city and only a minute walk to the main attractions. Free parking is conveniently available only a couple of blocks from the apartment.

Fantastic apartment just outside the Sassi with a great terrace view. Close to everything! Super clean, comfortable bed and amazing hosts. Bonus breakfast offered between 8:30-9:30...pancakes this morning, croissants, juice yogurt and a few other delights. Highly recommend ❤️

This accommodation is a dream and not just because of the fabulous terrace and the fantastic view from the panoramic window. The bathroom was well equipped, as well as the bedroom & kitchen! Casetta Franceschina, hosted by the Annina, is the perfect cozy retreat in the enchanting hilltop town of Grottole. This charming home has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, combining traditional Italian character with all the essentials. The location is fantastic—nestled in the quiet beauty of Grottole, with its winding streets and historic charm, it feels like stepping back in time.

Large property around the house. Ideal in the hot summer as there are many shady trees. Two large terraces, one in front and one behind the house. Equipped with two garden loungers, lounge furniture and a large dining table with chairs. The property is completely fenced. Therefore, ideal for families with children and ideal for people with dogs. The house is fully equipped and spacious. Parking on site is also possible.

Piernicola is an excellent host, she is very friendly and attentive to guests, she knows the area very well and helps you a lot with accurate directions. The accommodation is in the best condition and is very clean and quite warm, has good air conditioning and noise inhibition, perfect for rest! Everything is close and the treatment is the best, you literally feel at home.

Incredible old school apartment with class and charm. It sits right outside the fishing port and you are steps away from the beautiful Adriatic Sea. The apartment itself is spacious and offers plenty of room, with all amenities you would need. Stay here if you want to feel at home!

We had a great stay at Casa di Nonna. Tiziana was extremely friendly and helpful. The house was comfortable and full of character and the courtyard garden was a lovely bonus.

We had a superb stay at Federico’s place. The apartments were very nice and modern, and right in the middle of old Bari where there are lots to do. Would recommend this place for people wanting to explore the old town and its surroundings by walking, it is very convenient.

Claudio met us at the house with great recommendations. The house was stunning in the mutual living area with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs large bathroom had a washer and a sitting area in which we were able to dry clothes in. The house location is a bit difficult to get large suitcases to, however, we were fine with backpacks and smaller bags. The same holds true for the upstairs bedroom because of the spiral staircase. The view from the upstairs bedroom is wonderful. I highly recommend this house if you want to stay in the Sassi area of Matera!

The house and surroundings were superb, the house felt like a home and Giuseppina made us feel part of her family, every morning she arrived with fruit juice and home made cakes for us, i have an egg allergy and nothing was too much trouble, Giuseppina made them without eggs and they were truly the best I have tasted. We will definitely be coming back to stay and we have nothing but high praise for Giueapinna and the house. we can not recommend staying here enough. Please visit, you will not regret staying there.
