Bungalow vacation rentals in Ionian Islands

Very clean and QUIET accommodation! It is well located in relation to the island and the places to visit nearby; but a vehicle is essential. Richard is a courteous host and available as needed. Small downside, the pool was not warm enough for our taste... fortunately the sea was warmer... No air conditioning in the room, too bad.... We recommend this place for adults but not so much for teens because they will get bored and for younger guests: no pool safety and large unfenced land.

We had a brilliant stay at the Tasos Villas bungalow. The place & pool area were stunning, exactly like the photos & although close to both beach and Kalamaki centre, it was peaceful and private. We could only book 5 days here of our week in Zakynthos due to an existing booking, so were moving on for the last two nights, but we didn’t want to leave & could have stayed much longer. The welcome pack really was very welcome as we hadn’t had chance to shop & were not hiring a car until the last few days. The hosts had thought of everything, the kitchen is well equipped but big supermarkets are close to the airport (Lidl) & Zakynthos town (mymarket) so if you want to take advantage of the awesome gas BBQ & outdoor dining area you definitely need to drive to one of these to get proper evening meal supplies, as we found the local shops in Kalamaki are not stocked for this, so we ate out every night. Nantina’s place was fantastically situated on the beach with its own garden. The house was spotless and Nantina was extremely proactive to all our queries and had a very good communication instructions to get to the house even though we only arrived at 12.30am nighttime. We stayed at the end of October so most beach restaurants were closed but we were happy to shop and eat in. The weather was a perfect 22 degrees and blue skies. We’ll be back!

Bill and his wife care for there guests. The house is close to the village, close to the sea but the beach is not the best one. . The place is quiet. The renewed batroom is top ! The Kitchen équipement is reduced to minimum but maybe you don't coock when in vacations. I recommand this place.

Our stay was simply amazing! The apartment was extremely clean and cozy, with an ideal location right next to the beach. Our hosts, Evangelia and her husband, were incredibly sweet and hospitable, always available whenever we needed recommendations for activities and entertainment in the area. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a warm, friendly atmosphere!

The bungalow was lovely and great for our family of 4. It was clean and comfortable. The pool area was relaxing and the pool was big and clean. It was in very easy reach of the port and beach. The restaurants and bars were also a very short walk away. Costas and Marie were great hosts.

This place is a hidden gem. Just a few meters away from the sea in a beautiful and quiet spot where you can relax and enjoy all the perks of the city of Kalamata. The house is perfect for a 4 member family and its proximity to the beach makes it ideal for families with small children. It is a beautiful clean and cozy cottage with hosts who really care and want you to enjoy your staying there. The little details make this place exceptional. Thank you so much!

2 parents, 2children 9-11, stay 3 night. Kind hosts, clean pool as much as can be assessed given that we went to April, as well as the accommodation with a daily housekeeping staff visit, tennis/basketball courts, playground for younger children, the beach accessible on foot. You need a car for shopping in the nearest markets. Many attractions within reach; a single flaw was with a curtain rod and the first day the water supply was interrupted for about 10 minutes. Probably some random amenity disturbance, unless related to the scarcity of the Peloponnese . Generally excellent value for money.

the villa is absolutely beautiful, I don’t think I ever stayed anywhere this nice before!!

The location is absolutely beautiful. The property is right on the beach just one flight of stairs down from the garden and you're on a beautiful soft sandy beach, which was perfect for our young kids. The apartment had folding chairs and and umbrella which we used on the beach. the kitchen had plenty of utensils, tea towels, cleaning products etc. There were also plenty of towels including beach towels and a lovely cleaner came once during our stay and replenished for us. The linen on the beds was crisp and fresh, "hotel style". The apartment isn't huge but as a family of 5, we found that as long as we were organised, it was all we needed. There's ample storage in the bedrooms so we emptied our suitcases right away snd made ourselves at home. We hired a car which I would highly recommend as until around end April/May, a lot of the local restaurants etc are closed. There's a couple of pretty villages close by with some lovely Taverns and some major locations are easily accessible. Fab!

The apartment corresponded to the description and it was very clean and quiet. However, we were also the only holiday guests there. That's why we don't have a comparison. The terrace with sitting area is very cozy and we also used it extensively. Since we rather explored the north of the island, the apartment was a good starting point for our day trips. The contact was via Spiros. He was always very responsive to questions and was able to help.

Everything was very nice. Sofia, Eirini and Andreas are very nice people and its a nice house!

My family also felt very comfortable and we were able to communicate with our host at any time. The welcome greeting, olive oil and olives from our own cultivation, pleased us very much Thank you

Sofronios' bungalow on lovely Agni beach was everything we hoped it would be! Cute, comfortable, and literally steps from the beach. The bathtub was a real bonus! Everything was easy and straightforward from check in to check out. Unfortunately, we arrived a little late in the season, so the restaurants and tavern on the beach were already closed for the winter, but there were still two small supermarkets and other restaurants still open a short 15 minute hike away along a lovely coastal trail. We very much enjoyed the hiking in the area. We also had regular cute kitty visitors in the front courtyard. The only recommendation is could make would be to have some cooking essentials onhand (i.e., salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar, and maybe some coffee and tea) so one doesn't have to buy these only to use for a few days. But other than that, super!

Family stay, four persons - one week We had a wonderful week at the beach house. The house was clean and very nice with great outdoor facilities. Swimmingpool, beach, watersports, tennis, tabeltennis. White Villas/beach house is located at the countryside and you will need a car to get there and to get around for supermarkets, restaurants etc. its a 3 1/5 hour drive from Athens airport. We whent by the Corith Chanel on the way and when heeding back to Athens airport we took a small detour and stopped by Delfi. The house is very close to Olympos, so that's a must see when you are at the house. The beach by the house is a very nice sand beach whit clear blue water. But not fun to do snorkling, not much to see. There is a small village in walking distance where you will find two very simple restaurants. Also a beach bar near by the house/beach, but it seemed very expensive. Kitchen is very simple, but ok for very simple cooking. There is a loot of tour guides provided by the owner. But you should stay at the house because you want to relax and enjoy the sun, pool and beach. and perhaps a visit to Olympos.

Although I booked this place for the beautiful balcony view, unfortunately I didn't fully enjoy it because I had to visit all the beautiful places around Paul's bangalow. The bangalow has all comforts and even in a rainy day you can enjoy staying on the balcony listening the raindrops in front of you, drinking your coffee in the middle of a beautiful olive grove, from which generous Paul gave us a bottle of olive oil as gift. Paul has made reality the dream of every human, to own a piece of land in this blessed area. I am happy I met Paul because he is a very nice and intelligent man who is always there for you so as to knock out every need you have and I wish I had more time to hang out with him.
