Cycladic house vacation rentals in Ionian Islands

From what we could tell, Sempreviva Sea Houses are one of the few genuine apartments in Diakofti, with separate bedroom and adequately set up kitchen and open plan lounge and dining room. Genuine water views from the reasonably sized verandah.

Wonderful place with lots of great beach time. The room was very clean and the accommodations were Beautiful views from the room. Really fun hike and Kalamata a short drive away.

Great location and very cute home!

Lovely peaceful location up in the hills, Villa Del Sol is a great place to kick back and enjoy the beauty of Lefkada. With its central location, you can access all the beaches via car, with the best located on the west side of the island. The villa is comfortable, well equipped with everything you need to make your stay easy and comfortable. Nice veranda and terraced garden also provide lots of options for relaxing in the shade. Would thoroughly recommend.

A piece of paradise on earth. Truly sublime. The house is located on the Ionian coast. The views offer serene beauty, with mountains and islands painting a breathtaking backdrop across the bay. The garden is well-maintained and has many terraces and places to repose or enjoy. The private beach offers a secluded space to swim. The house is tastefully decorated, and well well-equiped. Kitchen and living room offer all modern comfort and appliances. The design is equilibrious, adding to the peacefull radiance of the house. The bedrooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. The bathroom is fully functional. The house has AC. The owner is friendly, flexible and helpfull, providing tailored recommendations . The region is beautiful, offering a broad combination of history, nature, culinary treats, sports,... Palairos is close (2 kms by car), and has a variety of shops/bars/restaurants/... . We hope to find ourselves back here, creating wonderful memories, in not too distant a future.

We visited this house at the end of October 2024, during a long holiday. We stayed there for 3 nights, and we only wish to be able to stay longer. The house was excellent, the garden was simply wonderful, and in a nutshell, everything was great! Mr. Kostas was very gentle and helpful in everything we asked for. If we will ever visit Nafpaktos again, his home will be the first we will look for.

Konstantina’s house was amazing, we loved our stay and we felt very calm in the beautiful green surroundings. It was still a bit cold to go in the pool but we enjoyed the lounge beds. Also Konstantina had left some great treats for us when we arrived. Would definitely want to visit some day!

Lovely apartment! 15 minutes walk to local beach and shops. Communication brilliant from the host. Would highly recommend. We loved our stay! 😊 Would suggestion hiring a car for location! In a beautiful area!

I cannot be anymore happier with the stay at Villa Antonia. Stunning home with beautiful surroundings. Local market less than a 2 minute walk away from the villa. Petros & Andriani have been such exceptional hosts. So so helpful with everything. They went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. I cannot thank them enough. I recommend hiring a car to get to all the attractions around the island, but enough taxi information provided if one is required. Cost around €20 for a taxi into Zakynthos centre each way.

A very nice house with a wonderful courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location in the village is super central yet very quiet. We used the house as a family with two children and had a great week in Menthoni.

We loved our stay in Corfu. The house is very comfortable and has all the amenities you could imagine. The pool is great, and the barbecue area as well. The rooms are cozy, and the beds are very soft and comfortable. The towels and bed linens are of high quality. Konstantina helped us place orders at the butcher shop and buy meat. She also assisted us with an amazing boat trip. Everything was great and wonderful. I really appreciate the hospitality. And if you're lucky, a very friendly kitten might show up to keep you company at the house.

Arabella’s villa is easily among the best vacation accommodations we have experienced - the property is stunningly beautiful from the newly renovated house itself, to the lovely garden area, to the sunset views. Zakynthos is obviously very naturally beautiful and this house really allows you to enjoy it. The villa is also located on the more beautiful northern region of the island and away from the main tourist strip in the south, making it an ideal spot to relax, which is the experience we wanted. Still it is near many lovely restaurants, wineries and the nicer beaches on the island. Finally Arabella and property manager Nicoletta were incredible helpful. Overall, we really could not recommend this spot more and would love to return in the summers to come !

What a wonderful house! We were two families and it fit us perfectly. The eclectic design, the central location, the quiet atmosphere and of course the outdoor shower made it a perfect stay! Florence is a very good host, fast communication and always available when we had questions. Will be happy to visit again!

We were on a different beach every day, we definitely recommend visiting the island. Beautiful views. If you go to Kasioppi, we recommend Kalami Beach and Taverna Kouloura restaurant on the way. The freshest fish and seafood, very good prices. Beautiful, large beach Agios Stefanos. And on the way, Old School Taverna. Typical food on the grill, but very tasty and fresh. The capital of Kofru is full of tourists. Beautiful place, for the evening. We recommend renting a boat from Kassiopi, a trip to beautiful beaches for the whole day. View of the islands and surroundings of Albania. Be careful about the mobile network from Albania. In the area of ​​the Golden View family home, a cafe. They have their own preserves. In the direction of Kasioppi, the east coast is crystalline turquoise water, but stony beaches, necessary shoes for water. The other side of the island has sandy beaches. We recommend Paleokastritsa.
