Logement très propre et AU CALME ! Il est bien situé par rapport à l'ile et les coins à visiter aux alentours ; mais véhicule indispensable. Richard est un Hôte courtois et à dispo si besoin. Petit bémol la piscine n'était pas assez chaude à notre goût...heureusement que la mer était plus chaude... Pas de clim dans la chambre, dommage.... Nous recommandons ce logement pour adultes mais pas trop pour ados car ils vont s'ennuyer et pour les plus jeunes : pas de sécurité piscine et terrain vaste et non clôturé.

We had a brilliant stay at the Tasos Villas bungalow. The place & pool area were stunning, exactly like the photos & although close to both beach and Kalamaki centre, it was peaceful and private. We could only book 5 days here of our week in Zakynthos due to an existing booking, so were moving on for the last two nights, but we didn’t want to leave & could have stayed much longer. The welcome pack really was very welcome as we hadn’t had chance to shop & were not hiring a car until the last few days. The hosts had thought of everything, the kitchen is well equipped but big supermarkets are close to the airport (Lidl) & Zakynthos town (mymarket) so if you want to take advantage of the awesome gas BBQ & outdoor dining area you definitely need to drive to one of these to get proper evening meal supplies, as we found the local shops in Kalamaki are not stocked for this, so we ate out every night. Bill and his wife care for there guests. The house is close to the village, close to the sea but the beach is not the best one. . The place is quiet. The renewed batroom is top ! The Kitchen équipement is reduced to minimum but maybe you don't coock when in vacations. I recommand this place.

The bungalow was lovely and great for our family of 4. It was clean and comfortable. The pool area was relaxing and the pool was big and clean. It was in very easy reach of the port and beach. The restaurants and bars were also a very short walk away. Costas and Marie were great hosts.

Our stay was simply amazing! The apartment was extremely clean and cozy, with an ideal location right next to the beach. Our hosts, Evangelia and her husband, were incredibly sweet and hospitable, always available whenever we needed recommendations for activities and entertainment in the area. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a warm, friendly atmosphere!

This place is a hidden gem. Just a few meters away from the sea in a beautiful and quiet spot where you can relax and enjoy all the perks of the city of Kalamata. The house is perfect for a 4 member family and its proximity to the beach makes it ideal for families with small children. It is a beautiful clean and cozy cottage with hosts who really care and want you to enjoy your staying there. The little details make this place exceptional. Thank you so much!

Ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες, καθαρή πισινα όσο μπορεί να αξιολογηθεί δεδομένου ότι πήγαμε Απρίλιο, όπως και το κατάλυμα με καθημερινή επίσκεψη από το προσωπικό καθαριότητας, γηπεδακι τένις/μπάσκετ, παιδική χαρά για πιο μικρά παιδιά, η παραλία προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια. Χρειάζεται αμάξι για τα ψώνια στα πλησιέστερα μάρκετ. Πλήθος αξιοθέατων σε κοντινή εμβελεια. ένα μόνο ψεγαδι υπήρξε με ένα κουρτινόξυλο ενω την πρώτη μέρα διακόπηκε η παροχή νερού για κάνα 10λεπτο. Μάλλον κάποια τυχαία διαταραχή παροχής, εκτός αν σχετίζεται με την λειψυδρια της Πελοποννήσου . Γενικά excellent value for money.

Socrates isr ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Immer freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Direkt am Meer und sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Le logement était comme sur les photos : parfait! Nous n’avons manqué de rien, il y’a tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. De plus, Irene est très réactive, vous pouvez compter sur elle si vous avez la moindre question ou le moindre problème.

Un petit coin de paradis ! Nikolitsa est une super hôte (très sympathique) qui a créé un environnement féérique avec plein d'attentions pour ses hôtes. Elle a aménagé un jardin magnifique avec plein de surprises pour les enfants (une tente dans le jardin où ils peuvent dormir, une cabane dans un arbre, ...). Toute est décoré avec goût. La piscine est très agréable. Il s'agit d'une super adresse, la destination idéale pour qui veut visiter Olympie et se reposer dans un environnement calme et très beau. Bref, une super adresse. Encore merci à Nikolitsa pour son hospitalité.

We really enjoyed our stay at Popi’s bungalow. It is a lovely house with a beautiful view of the sea and the garden. We sat out on the balcony as much as possible. Spotlessly clean, great beds, a fabulous welcome pack of goodies and home cooked moussaka. Two fantastic beaches in short walking distance. My son loved jumping off the rocks and the swimming was wonderful. We’d love to return! Thank you Popi

It's hard to describe how lovely Perseus House is. It's a simple, one room space and the interior is rustic but it's really well set out and comfortable and suited us very well for our six day stay. The outstanding element is the location, it's just stunning. There are three houses, the taverna and a tiny church. Perseus house is beautifully positioned right at the waters edge of the small harbour, with crystal clear, shallow water that you can plunge right into - we swam a lot! Paths and trails skirt the peninsula and the proximity to nature is amazing. Fish at the Taverna is caught in the bay, and utterly delicious. You will need a car as it's out of the way, but there is a small town about ten minutes away for essentials and more great restaurants. Thanks Dimitrious for sharing this beautiful place, we loved it.

Superbe maison, très agréable, très beau jardin et très bien placé! Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps et nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Notre fille a particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir aller cueillir tous les matins les oranges du petit déjeuner!

Schöne Aussicht bis hinaus über das Meer , wenig Lärm von der Straße, eher still. Toller jeden Tag Zimmer Service. Super Restaurant von der Besitzerin um die Ecke. Rundum hervorragend nur WLAN funktionierte nur vor der Tür. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Villa Rodon is a superb base for visiting the historic sites of the Eastern Peloponnese. The house is clearly a well-loved family property. This is no boxy modern rental villa - instead it is a family home, with all of the homey touches and little quirks of a house which has been lived in and loved for decades. In that spirit, we enjoyed all of the home's amenities. Our special favorite was sitting on the roof deck on the second story in the evenings as the sunset, looking out over the ocean and the islands, and perhaps hearing the bells of the goat herd that would pass by the house morning and evening. The home can of accommodate a great number of people with its four bedrooms and three baths. We were two couples, and were very comfortable. Nancy was an excellent host, thoughtfully checking on our comfort and always available for questions.

Wir hatten sehr schöne 10 Tage. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr schön eingerichtet, ein schöner grosser Garten mit alten Olivenbäumen kann mit Liegen und Hängematte genossen werden, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Iris schickt vor Anreise alle nötigen Infos inkl. GPS Daten für eine leichte Anreise und reagiert bei Nachfragen sehr schnell und hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben uns einige andere Strände angeschaut, Santa Barbara hat uns aner am Besten gefallen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder und haben schon gebucht.
