Plain and simple, this was THE best air b’n’b we have ever stayed in. Everything about it. The location and the club and grounds are just beyond stunning. Breathtaking views. Between the back view of the highland club facing Loch Ness to looking over your shoulder to see Loch Ness, just amazing. The cottage itself while not a part of the main building was perfect. All the amenities needed and plenty of space for the four of us. Waking up to the snow on the lawn outside was beautiful. The hamper on arrival was so helpful for our 3 nights there. The board games, fire place and sporting equipment was great. The games room and especially heated pool inside was amazing to relax and look out to the snowy mountains. Honestly, was sad to leave and could have stayed there another week! Worth every cent. Our two kids were in heaven.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s caravan. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Jennifer was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always happy to help. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again in the future!

Amazing cottage that is well equipped with everything you would need. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the additional access to the facilities in the Abbey is such a delight. Everything is close by and for outdoor adventures you cannot have a better base. We loved it!

The caravan offered a perfect base for visiting the area and is situated in the quiet part of the site. It’s a nice site, with amenities. Stayed for 3 nights with my partner, just before Christmas as we were visiting family in Lossiemouth. Lindsay was super helpful and communicative as soon as we booked. The caravan was perfect, bigger than expected, very clean and comfortable. It was a wet windy cold weekend but once the heating was on, the caravan was lovely and warm. Gorgeous location right on the beach. We will definitely look at staying again (hopefully in the warmer weather!) so we can enjoy the location a bit more. Overall a perfect stay.

Gail’s house was brilliant. Very tranquil and in a peaceful location, and the wildlife was fab. The house was huge and contained everything you might need for a fun weekend away!

Absolutely beautiful cabin. It was very clean, the host had everything you could need plus left a little goodie bag which included bowls and treats for our 2 dogs. Very relaxing outdoor space as there's hardly any noise and the hot tub is an extra bonus. We will definitely return!

Spending a few days in The Shepherd's Hut was so peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful location, comfortable accommodation, friendly and accessible host, and the hot tub was the cherry on the cake! Would happily stay here again, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a retreat from their hectic life

Had a lovely and relaxing stay and it was a great location for visiting nearby distilleries, the bonus was that it was dog friendly so we could bring our pup with us too!

It was the perfect place to stay to explore the area

Pictures of the view from the main living room/dining room was what drew me to the property and the reality did not disappoint. The house was very homely, comfortable and Isabella was friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated that there was plenty of comfortable seating for the number of people the house can accommodate to sleep. The dishwasher did not work during our visit which was an inconvenience as we were a large family group who cooked regularly during our visit, so clearing up took significantly more time than we would have liked, but once Isabella was made aware, she did not hesitate to get it seen to as soon as possible. Unfortunately it could not be repaired during our visit but I cannot fault Isabella's reponse to the situation, it was just unfortunate. I would definitely recommend the property; it is clear a lot of thought has gone into the property to make it as comfortable as possible for guest. Thank you.

This is probably the best airbnb we have stayed in. It has everything you could want and more. Very clean, well supplied and well presented. Very easily walkable from the centre of Avirmore and easy access to the Cairngorms and surrounding areas. Great storage for outdoor equipment and dog friendly, including towels and bowls. We had the most amazing stay at the Zippity-Do-Da house!! George is a truly fantastic host - so helpful, very communicative. Our party consisted of 6 x adults, 4 x children and our 2 dogs. The house was absolutely perfect in every way. So clean, spacious - homely. I loved the accessibility of the loch - great for taking the dogs for a quick walk in the most beautiful setting. This house is ideal for family groups. Thank you so much George for making our stay wonderful.
