It is only a "stone's throw" from the ski lift (about 300 m) and the visible ski slope. The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

Welcome to winter at Chalet 307 at Turracher Höhe🏔️⛷️❄️. We are located in the center of Turracher Höhe. A cozy 2-bedroom chalet for up to 5 in Austria’s fairytale destination. Just a short walk (5 minutes) and you can enter the slopes. The big advantage of this location is, that the beautiful Turrachersee with different bars and restaurants around is reachable within a few walking minutes. Our doors are open for you, all year round.
