Waterfront vacation rentals in Huron-Kinloss

This was a lovely, comfortable place to stay for a party of four during our week in Stratford. We were able to walk and bike to all the theatres and restaurants and we made good use of the kitchen for most of our meals. We really enjoyed the homelike atmosphere and interactions with a gracious, accommodating host.

Had a wonderful stay at Jim's unit. It was everything I had wanted. Nice soaker tub, fireplace and great king bed. Jim was very helpful and welcomed me personally. I would definitely stay here again. Worth every penny.

We travel to Stratford every year and have done so for about 30 years. We have stayed in a variety of accommodations over the years! We prefer Air BnBs over hotels, and because we travel in a group (we were 8), this location matched our needs perfectly. We like to park the car when we arrive and not use it again until we leave (Stratford is fantastically walkable) -- no problem! We like to try different restaurants -- the location is perfect for that (and for attending theatre). We're close family, but we also like some alone time -- with four bedrooms for 8 people, this apartment offered that! The apartment was large, open and bright with basic amenities suitable for our 2 night stay. The beds were comfortable, and the shared areas were roomy enough for us to gather. The hosts were amazingly responsive -- they provided detailed and accurate info ahead of time, and quickly answered our questions.

The room was as beautiful and charming as it looks on the listing. Brett is a very thorough host who has anticipated guest needs in advance and communicates them before you even arrive. Beautiful area, close to the theatres and restaurants.

Enjoyed our stay, the loft was clean and beautiful, right in the middle of everything with lots of shops and restaurants. Check in instructions were clear, parking garage was a bonus

Our Book Club has rented this house twice for our annual trip to Stratford the plays. We love having space to spread out, a kitchen so we don’t have to go out every meal and multiple places for us to sit and talk. The updates in the upstairs bathroom are great. We are already planning our trip for next year.

This was our second stay in this wonderful apartment. It was as we remembered it - a beautiful place in an excellent location, managed by a friendly and responsive host. The location is perfect for walking to Stratford's theatres and restaurants, and is right on the water so the views across the lake are lovely. The apartment is beautifully decorated and is spotless. Had a wonderful time with a big group of 10 people. Lots of space inside and a beautiful private outdoor space. Private beach which is amazing. 10 minute drive into Grand Bend or Bayfield. Highly recommend!

This was our second year at Carrie and Dan's cottage and once again my family and I had a fantastic time. The house is perfectly situated on the river with a nice beach and it has all of the amenities needed. Dan communicated regularly and checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. This is a beautiful property which anyone would have fun at.

Aram's place is even more beautiful than the photos. There is so much land and it's very private. The sun room was really beautiful. There was an issue with the drain getting stuck in the upstairs bathroom. Aram was really quick to respond, but I wish this has been shared with us in advance, given that it was a known issue. We also really loved that this was dog friendly. We would happily return, and would recommend to anyone!

The Tranquil Oasis was exactly that. Lit fire place with a front row seat at some of the best sunsets in Canada. The property was modern but cozy. Our guests appreciated the plentiful bedrooms and bathrooms, the kitchen was well appointed for our large homemade meals. We made friends with the local cats and enjoyed walks on the beach, even a dip. Highly recommend.

Catherine's beautiful country home is a peaceful oasis. She took excellent care of us as a host. The house was spotless and she thought of everything to make us comfortable and welcome. We just loved our stay in her home, which is so well-cared for and beautifully decorated. You could just walk from room to room enjoying the decor and artwork, beautiful light, and views of the outside. My friends and I enjoyed a very special weekend in the comforts of Catherine's home and we would love to return.
