House vacation rentals in Huron-Kinloss

Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. There was a nice trail at the back of the property. Lots of activities for everyone and the pool was such a nice plus! The house was very clean and everyone said the beds were comfortable. Close to downtown with about a 8-10 minute drive. Craig was quick to respond and very friendly.

We had a great stay at Lauren’s place while we were in town for a wedding! The house is stunning and has all the comforts of home with some fun additions like the pool and hot tub which we very much enjoyed. The house is very close to downtown - we could walk everywhere we needed to be for the wedding festivities which was super convenient. Would definitely stay again!

This is a lovely home with easy access to the theatre and downtown Stratford. It was perfect accommodation for two couples and had everything we needed for a great stay.

100% would recommend! Jenni's place is an excellent home to stay at. Clean, homey, spacious and located in a quiet neighbourhood. Super close to downtown (walkable!) and barely a five minute drive to the beach. The pool was a wonderful addition especially for days when the weather isnt ideal for the beach. Gotta say, the most delightful part were the ducks, Randall and Charlotte! Definitely not something you see everyday. I just hope we didnt stress them out during our stay lol. Jenni as a host is superb. She is quick to reply on any inquiries and always ready to lend a hand if needed (not that it was required as everything was readily available). Would definitely love to stay here again next summer if Jenni would allow us to!

We absolutely loved our stay here! This was my second time staying at Valentine’s property, first in Camp meadow and now in the loft! The loft exceeded all of our expectations. It was beautifully lit with lights and had so many homey touches and features. The place was lit up and music was playing right when we walked in, and we were instantly blown away! We made use of the space and enjoyed board games, drawing and even the indoor basketball court! The property is absolutely breathtaking and we were able to walk around, enjoy the sounds of nature and really feel relaxed. Desboro is a perfect location if you plan on driving up to visit Tobermory or Collingwood as well! 10 Stars!! Will definitely have to come back again soon :)

Fantastic Place! Our hosts Angela and Ed were very responsive and met us there on check in. Gave us a tour of the property and let us know things to do in the area. Our little ones thoroughly enjoyed the pool, games and puzzles. The house has plenty of space and having a private bathroom in each bedroom was a blessing. The house was very clean and had a guide to help with everything. Very private and peaceful, a good place to unwind from the hectic work schedules. Once again great place and great hosts. Would highly recommend.

This is the second year we have stayed at this location. Both times we brought together youth and adults from across Canada to spend some time learning and connecting with the land around Georgian Bay. This stay has been our ground base for both years and has exceeded our expectations when it comes to space, comfort, and amenities! I appreciated Steve's consistent communication and flexibility with check-in and check-out and their recommendations of things to do around the area. The trails, fire pit, zipline, volleyball, available games and DVDs allowed lots of space for our guests to connect in different ways. We look forward to this event each year and will definitely be looking to book again next year!!

We came back to Canada for the first time in 10 years to meet up with old friends and renew memories. We had a wonderful time, due in part to Kathi’s beautiful home. Thank you for sharing Marlborough Landing with us Kathi, we absolutely loved it.😍

This was such an idyllic getaway that had everything I needed as a little reward from a few tough months of school. I am already trying to figure out when I can go back for longer. The cottage is lovely, town adorable, and the all around esthetic is so relaxing. Thank you!

Nola and Mike were excellent hosts. Very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Their place is something to experience. The nature trails and scenery are beautiful. The house was in perfect condition and the beds were comfy. We had everything we needed and more. If you are looking for a private getaway with peaceful surroundings, this is the spot for you. The home was beautiful, spacious and well laid out; the star room is definitely the screened in porch which provides enjoyment in rain or shine, day or night and keeps the bugs at bay. Kids had a fantastic time playing ping pong (which was a first for them) and the double hammock in the yard provided an excellent excuse for afternoon napping, The kitchen had pretty much everything you could need (we brought our single brew keurig for ease) and is well thought out. The oven was a good size and heated up pretty quick. BBQ was well located and same with the fire pit. Loved the fairy garden space too! The neighborhood is quaint and remote, met a couple of the neighbors (very friendly) and admired one award winning garden! It was easy to find the path to the lake; the spot is shallow and rocky, but fun for skimming stones at sunset! We spent several days at the main beach in Port Elgin which was only 20 minutes away and provided a great excuse to swing by Hi-Berry farm!

This place is great and the host has been so easy to reach and proactive about any troubles we are having! We stayed for a month and extended for another month and it has been great! one example is that one of the beds was squeaky and it was disrupting our sleep and the host came within one day and had it all fixed so there was no squeaking at all and even left us a bottle of wine! the place was spotless upon arrival and it is finished perfectly with a great kitchen and comfy furniture. the sauna and tub are a great addition

Luz’s place was very well stocked for preparing meals and well stocked with blankets and sheets. Very clean, bright and an overall lovely stay.

The Tranquil Oasis was exactly that. Lit fire place with a front row seat at some of the best sunsets in Canada. The property was modern but cozy. Our guests appreciated the plentiful bedrooms and bathrooms, the kitchen was well appointed for our large homemade meals. We made friends with the local cats and enjoyed walks on the beach, even a dip. Highly recommend.

An awesome place! Right away feels like at home! The only problem I had is that google maps are not showing the location accurately, you just need to drive further down the road to find the house.

We had a lovely stay in Port Elgin. The nearby beach is stunning. Lisa's place is clean and very tidy. It was comfortbale for our large wedding party. Excellent stay!

absolutely loved our stay. incredibly peaceful and quiet. space was well kept, cute and comfortable, the stairs leading to the water and the view 10 out of 10. will definitely be coming back. mais the host was incredibly friendly, polite and willing to help us if we had any questions or concerns about the space. great experience all around. would recommend if visiting the south hamptons or sauble

This property was perfect for our time in Port Elgin. The location is perfect with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Steve was very responsive. We enjoyed meeting him. We hope to stay again the next time we come to Port Elgin.

Was looking for somewhere to decompress and relax for a few days. Was able to do a lot of reading on the private deck and front porch, mixed with exploring High Street and the marvellous beach. Couple of great sunsets! Sheila and Rob were great hosts.

We had a wonderful girls weekend at the Beach House! Scott was an amazing host- offering us early check in, quick to respond to our inquiries, and providing us with a beautiful space! We would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to come back!
