Really large and beautiful place, and very comfortable and homey. We had a lovely time at this retreat and walking down to the beautiful beach, even in cloudy and cool weather. Place is exactly as described and hosts are great to communicate with.

I stayed for a weekend with five friends and had a wonderful time! Beautiful, well-kept place with comfortable beds and a big kitchen to make meals together. We didn't have any kids with us, but there were a lot of toys and games in the basement for them. All of the instructions were clear and Danielle was very kind. Plus, the hot tub was incredible. This is my favorite place I've stayed from AirBnB, and we all agreed that we want to make coming back a yearly tradition! Thanks Danielle :)

Beautiful space! Hot tub, indoor fireplace, outdoor fire space, and big windows! Just a few miles from a grocery store Blake's communication was proactive and helpful. The wifi worked well. Beautiful spots for walking, hiking, or just taking in the lakeshore!

We had a great time and will return. Just be aware of the steep stairs to go up to loft area. They are pretty steep. But this is fine soon as u find the outdoor entrance to loft. We used those stairs more often. Over all we had an amazing time!

One of the cutest places I've ever rented! There was so much to do nearby, and the price was incredibly affordable for all that was offered. The host was very responsive and helpful, and the view, private beach and hot tub were the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience! Perfect for a weekend with a few friends, but also extremely family friendly

The Bedrock Beach House was a beautiful place to stay. I was anticipating a nice peaceful break from things and looking forward to the jacuzzi and being by the lake, but it was so much better than I anticipated. I could really tell that the people that put this beach house together had the idea of creating the perfect getaway that they could go to, and they have kindly let us share it. There are so many different little nooks inside and out that make for perfect opportunities to relax and enjoy your surroundings. There was so much to do that we didn't actually get to fully enjoy all the different things at the beach house. Just walking along the rocky beach shore could have taken up all our time. It was beautiful and there were so many interesting rocks, and quite a few fossils. In addition to all the neat things in and around the beach house, the nearby town is really nice, and there are some nice hiking trails around it. Also, there's two waterfalls about a 45 minute drive away.

We had a terrific stay at Alexandra’s cottage. We had a lady’s weekend and enjoyed ourselves immensely. My favorite part was morning coffees in the hot tub. The cottage has everything you need and it is so nicely decorated. Such a perfect weekend and I would love to come back. Thank you!

The little Tudor Cottage is a delightful place to stay right in Walkerton, Ontario. It is located just behind the main street so easy walks to restaurants and the main street. The house is very solid and warm and has many bedrooms. It is great if you have an infant as Sahil has placed two cribs in the upper bedrooms for young families. I would note, if it is a group of friends (versus couples) and each wants their own room it is a great set up for 6 which is what we had. Everyone had a private space and it was perfect. If there are 3 or 4 couples with singles or children it definitely can hold up to a dozen. Communication and the amenities were all excellent and we had a fantastic 4 day stay while hunting in the area.

We had a great time at Katelyn’s AirBNB. The cottage was a two minute walk to the beach. Close to stores and the cottage was clean, Had plenty of board games and stocked with everything you could ever need! We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend renting!

We had our yearly girls weekend and totally found these accommodations to be excellent! The cottage was modern and extremely clean but inviting. Nice area in the back to sit and enjoy the nice weather and only a ten minute walk to the beach which was beautiful! Would definitely recommend and was a pleasure to communicate with Karin🍁

The cottage was perfectly quaint and so cozy! Exactly what we were looking for - a place to relax, read, and walk along the beach. We stayed 3 nights in early November, so we cozied up inside mostly, but I could see spending more time down on the beach during summer. The uninterrupted view of the horizon is incredible! (FYI, there are ~100 stairs down to the beach, but it's worth it) Bayfield and Goderich are very close, both delightful towns to spend an afternoon walking around in, visiting the local shops. I would not hesitate to come back again, we felt we very rejuvenated after our long weekend here.

Absolutely loved our stay, for a beach house in the winter the fireplace and decor made the place very cozy and festive. House was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Will stay again!

We booked this cottage only a week before going and so happy this was what we booked! We were lucky to have beautiful weather which allowed us to make use of boats and paddle board. The cottage was very easy to find and is nestled in a lovely little spot. We truly enjoyed our getaway and appreciated the hosts quick and friendly responses to any questions that arose.

Spent three days and two nights at this super cute and cozy newer built lake house. The house is a little out of the main town (but only about 5-7 minute drive back into town) in it's own private little neighborhood close to the lake. The path across the street that leads to a nice grassy area to sit and enjoy the lake was great! You couldn't walk to the lake itself from there (too steep), but you probably just want to go into town to the sandy beaches anyway. Fall was a good time to visit as the leaves were beautifully changing colors. The house was super clean, well furnished, and I'd seriously decorate it almost exactly like they did if I had a lake house. My 9 and 12 year old kids enjoyed it as well. We may never come back to Goderich again, (this was sort of a once in a generation trip back to where my dad was born but hadn't been back in over 50 years), but if by chance we do, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Just wish we had a little more time there! Thanks!

Great little place. very lovely stay. only down fall is too many spiders but that is not the hosts fault. loved the private yard and very close to the beach. Michael gave great suggestion on places to go.

Amazing place with outstanding views! This is the second time we’ve rented this property, and it truly felt like home. The vibe of the place helped us unwind and destress completely. Francis and Emilie are amazing hosts—attentive and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to everyone. We can’t wait to come back again!

It is a very nice and unique place. It is very quiet inside the house, but a bit of traffic noise outside. However, when we walked into the forest to the back of the house, we didn't hear the traffic anymore. The layout of the house is very useful. Bathrooms are clean. Beds are very comfortable. Constantine is very helpful and responded to our questions in a timely manner. Thank you.

The house was exactly as described. Very comfortable furniture throughout. Nice screened in back porch and a deck too. The firepit was awesome and there was plenty of dry wood. Short walk to town.

Great location, walking distance to downtown Bayfield shops and restaurants. The home was very spacious and clean!!
