Bishy Barnabees is our 1 bedroom lodge, with 1 spacious Double bedroom and an additional Double sofa bed in the lounge. Our warm and cosy lodge is kitted out with mod cons, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We are situated in the small hamlet of Drymere, amidst the beautiful Thetford Forest, in the heart of Breckland, ideal for country walks, birdwatching and cycling, and perfectly placed for exploring the wonders of Norfolk. (our local is just a 40 min amble through the woods).

Secret Log Cabin, Amazing Gardens, 5 mls sea

We have one secluded, hideaway log cabin with large landscaped grounds and private parking. We are just 4 and a half miles from the beach at Sheringham and seven from Cromer. The cabin is at the end of our land therefore we are on hand to help but you will feel in the middle of nowhere. This quiet cosy cabin is a hidden gem close to the sea and 5 mins by car to many shops and local attractions such as Sealife, Pensthorpe, Norfolk Lavender and plenty of wildlife reserves such as RSPB Snettisham, Titchwell and Holme.

Choose whether to wind down in the hot tub, overlooking the serene countryside or go for a wander through the calming meadows and woodland on the Little Massingham Manor estate. To complete the cosiness of the hot tub, bathrobes and slippers are provided for guests to use. There is an EV charger available to charge your car (payable).

Enid’s Retreat is a spacious, cosy two bed-roomed private log cabin all on one level, set in a large private enclosed garden. Situated on the edge of the village with views looking out over the family farm in a peaceful, secluded setting. Being a short drive from some of the most popular, famous beaches in Norfolk, Enids Retreat is a lovely relaxing area to get away from all of the hustle and bustle after a long day exploring what Norfolk has to offer.

The Wheel of Fortune is a thatched village pub & is a 5 minute walk away, it's dog friendly too!

Showman's Wagon in Cottage Garden

Romantic 'gypsy' style showman's wagon (c. 1920) in idyllic cottage garden with wonderful birdsong and views of a medieval church. It was recently renovated with electricity, basic kitchen and has use of a private bathroom attached to the cottage as well as a piece of garden with outside seating and fire bowl. The Wagon is available in the summer months only - from Easter to mid September.
