Waterfront vacation rentals in Humacao

To be clear I rated Carlos 5 Stars. The pace was clean and as advertised. Carlos was very responsive and a great host. What surprised me was the welcome notice I received the day I checked it. It has a list of rules of conduct and a list of fines corresponding to each rule. For example, if I clogged the toilet I would need to pay $250, if I left dirty dishes in the sink I would need to pay $10 for each dish, If I lost a remote I would need to pay $50 and the list went on. This took me by surprise. Trust be told If I had broken any of these items i would have been willing to pay. I was just very surprised. Also, the unit has a washer dryer but it was broken so we could not use it. Beautiful place to stay. Great host. Like anywhere else if you break any of the rules it will cost you.

Great condo in Palmas with really nice bedrooms. Would stay here again. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had!

Palmas del Mar is an absolutely beautiful area. The property met our needs and received prompt responses from the property manager. The property had all we needed for my family and myself. If you are looking for a spacious property, this is definitely the place.

This was the second time we stayed at Luz place and again we had a great stay.

The house was beautiful, and the location was perfect. The beach was a quick walk away with stunning sunsets,no turtle sightings this time, but maybe next visit! The WiFi was solid for remote work for two, and we loved the hidden path leading to a plaza with great restaurants and shops. The bed was super comfy!Honestly, the best place to be a beach bum in luxury. We’ll definitely be back!

Place was just like the pictures. Very private complex and beach was beautiful and there is a-lot to do here. Would recommend to stay here.

We came to PR with a group of 8 adults and 1 toddler. lots of room, kitchen was very well stocked. baby gate & pack n play was very helpful. The beautiful views were amazing! We would come back. When we left to our 2nd rental elsewhere on the island, we were so disappointed that we reached out to Kaili and came right back! Thanks for helping us out! Felt so safe and so much to do! My favorite was watching the beautiful ocean waves! Highly recommend this condo!!!

Was a lovely stay. The view was very beautiful, home was clean, well stocked for cooking and entertaining on vacation, beds were super comfortable, Location was perfect! Owner was very helpful with planning our vacation and always helpful. Everything was perfect!

The pots and pans are stored beneath the kitchen sink and there was some flaking material that fell on some of the pans. I brought it to her attention and it appears that she will address it before the unit is occupied by another family. Leidy had all of the kitchen items listed in the description. I did notice that there weren't any pans to use in the available oven. Overall, the place was clean and the air conditioning as well as the other appliances worked great and we felt very comfortable in the home. Oh, if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs as the neighborhood roosters will crow at various times at night. I would recommend Leidy's home to anyone looking for a place to stay in Punta Santiago.

The property itself is beautiful, and the view from the house is absolutely stunning. It’s a perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The only downside, unfortunately, was the mosquitoes at the beach. We couldn’t spend as much time down there as we would have liked because of them, but that’s no fault of the host. Despite that, everything else was fantastic and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a gorgeous view!

We came to Puerto Rico to bring my grandmother ashes as it was her last wish. We stayed for 6 days 5 nights and it was a beautiful experience to stay at this location it was a piece of home. The place is very comfortable, the extra amenities allowed us to enjoy our stay even more, cards, board games, dominoes, etc… I hope my next trip to Puerto Rico is more as a vacation and hope to stay here again if available. 20 steps from the back porch to the sand! This is the closest we've been able to get to the ocean with a ground floor unit in 5 trips to PR. Floorplan is funky with doors between bathrooms and no door from MBR to bath, but that's on the architect, and not a deal breaker considering the proximity to the beach. Dual units worked well with my husband and 3 kids in 1 unit and my inlaws in the other. Was great to have washer, dryer and oven. Bonus was the shampoo, laundry detergent, beach towels, sand toys, and chairs provided. Pool was maybe a 3 min walk away and was in good condition with nice lounge chairs, clean bathrooms and hose to wash off sand. Note, this unit is the access to the beach for the entire complex so we had people walking in the lawn each day, so privacy was a little limited. Access to the Palmas Beach Club with slides was big reason we picked here- $20pp but kids loved it for a day - only avail. M-Th which would have been nice to know beforehand. Would stay here again

From the moment you enter you can smell how clean the place is! It’s a super welcoming and peaceful spot 😌 There’s tons to do being so close to the hub of the island, yet you also have the peaceful and slow pace of the island and nearby beach! Definitely a place to stay at time and time again!!! Bryan was EXTREMELY helpful, kind and pleasant from before checking until check out.

Jay and Ashley are great hosts and communicated frequently with us. Jay immediately helped with some things upon our arrival and we really appreciated that. The location is wonderful. Palmas Del Mar is a safe and beautiful place to stay with your family and you will never get tired of the direct beach view out of the windows.

This house was absolutely amazing and looks just like the pictures. We stayed 9 days and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. She was very welcoming and always reached out to make sure everything was OK or if we had questions. Also gave us information on different places to go. Check in and check out was also very easy. And she was also just a message or a call away. This was our first time booking through Airbnb and it was definitely worth it!

Had a terrific stay at John's place. The views are amazing, the furnishings comforable, and the kitchen well equipped. We were somewhat concerned that noise from the plaza below may be an issue but it wasn't at all; only heard the sounds of the ocean. But proximity to the plaza was a real plus, with several restaurants and a market at your fingertips. Highly recommended.

Stay was what we expected. There are 2 different gates you have to go through because it is at the far end of the complex. Host was very nice and responsive.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Casa del Mar! The place was just as described and then some. The location was perfect for our family. The beach is literally a 1 minute walk and the pool was a great extra after spending the day at the beach. Jean has everything you'll need for enjoying the beach, i.e. chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, etc. No need to hassle over packing too much. The house is well stocked and if not Walmart is 10-15 minutes away. Thanks Jean, for making our first visit to Puerto Rico so great! We definitely will be returning.

We had a great time. It is exactly as the pictures show. Our family enjoyed the pools, beach and local restaurants. The home was comfortable and had extra amenities such as beach chairs to use!

This was the third time my wife and I stayed at Blanca’s Surfside villa. We brought our little dog again and she loves it as much as we do. The view is breathtaking, Blanca is such an attentive and gracious host. She makes you feel right at home. She provides everything you can possibly think of and more. It truly is a home away from home experience. We will definitely be staying again. Leaving is the hardest part.

We were very pleased with our stay. The pool was amazing and the house was just as listed. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay with a beautiful layout. The pool access from balcony was amazing , my daughter loved it and highly recommended for a relaxing vacation.
