We enjoyed our stay, the price was right, and very close to the airport and beach. The only problems we had was an odor from the bathroom, and the loud roosters outside making noise, but we got used to them. Otherwise everything was great 💯

We stayed for one night on our first day in PR. Very close to the airport and the rental was very cozy and clean. Beds were very comfortable! Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay here! The hosts were super helpful and available. The apartment itself was bigger than we expected, clean, comfortable, and the view from the balcony was exceptional. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, in the hammock, enjoying the view. AC in the bedroom was great and the fans throughout kept it very comfortable. Overall would definitely come again!!

Mary and Manuel were so helpful and friendly! Mary provided us with lots of information on the local places to eat and sites to see. We were only there one night, in between our stay on Culebra and before we headed to Ponce. We chose this place because it was somewhat close to el Yunque and we took a day to explore there. Also, we chose it for the lovely pool outside for our kids. The place was clean and fresh smelling and had even more amenities than I expected. I got to enjoy coffee with cream in the morning on the beautiful front porch! Overall I would highly recommend, I wish we could have stayed more than one night !

Perfect place to stay in Old San Juan. A 10 minute walk from anything you might want to see in the city. The outdoor patio is also amazing. Margarita was able to accommodate a last minute change to our checkin which helped us out significantly! As others mention, it is next to loud bars, but that didn’t affect us and she leaves earplugs if you need them. We would definitely stay again!

Manuel was really communicative with us and the house was fabulous. We loved hanging out on the deck and eating dinner while watching the sunset. We saw parrots from the deck too. The location is fabulous. Very close to the airport but tucked into a neighborhood. Great air conditioner. We would stay here again. Thanks Manuel!

Very peaceful place. Very clean. We had everything that we needed in the kitchen. Comfortable bed and pillows. He provided beach towels too. Friendly neighbor. Walkable distance to the beach. Bakery , supermarket, pharmacy very close too. Washer and dryer also. Ariel is very responsive. Will be back very soon.

This is the second time staying at Jose's place and we are always happy with it. Location is great for Ubering to old san juan, and La Placita at night. Parking is great, he has everything you need with private entrance, you feel safe, and place is always clean. If you are planning on staying here don't think twice just book. Price is great and Location is great.

It was very peaceful place. Nelson's instructions were very clear. The house was exactly what we needed. The jacuzzi was very nice my husband and kids only used it once but they love it. I would recommend the place!!!

This house was worth every penny. Despite that we had been there during a tropical storm, everything worked out and Rose was very understanding. Jose is super friendly and very and I stress very helpful, anytime I needed something I would reach out and he would be quick to reply and help. I would recommend this house to anyone especially ones with kids and large families. Thank you Rose and Jose for making this stay very welcoming for me and my family.

We had such an amazing time up in the mountains! That's our perfect vibe. The property is just amazing in itself. Beautiful view of San juan and the ocean off in the distance nestled way up on the mountain side. Someone has put lots of love into the plants and landscape. We could have just hung out at the house all day cooking food and chilling in the hot tub. Great trail few minutes away. We stayed on this side to goto the rainforest. The house had everything we needed and more. Nothing better than falling asleep listening to the songs of the Coqui frogs! 🐸 🐸 🐸

Ramon was wonderful- he even let us check in early. His place is one of the best in the neighborhood. The gate made us feel safe. We rented this house because it was stunning and we had our elderly grandmother (age 91) and 4 kids - ages 7 to 18. 8 people total. The house is spacious and accessible (one story). We needed something to keep them all entertained. The beach was a 2 min walk and an easy peaceful gorgeous FREE NEARBY adventure. The pool is incredible and mangoes were growing from the tree. Grilling outside was awesome . The air conditioners were lovely and everything was perfect!! We had trouble finding a good local spot for a specific Puerto Rican food “alcapurrias” and Ramon got us to the perfect spot ! There’s also a nature reserve in walking distance where you can kayak and explore. Great value for the price. We were able to drive into the city for some jet- snorkeling and a beach tour- had such a blast! Thanks Ramon!

I had a group of 8 people. It was a tight squeeze but the view and quick walk to the beach was worth it! This place had the best beach! Mellow and great swimming. It was a 2.5 mile beach walk to the kiosks and in the other direction was a short walk to the village square. There’s a great food truck right out in the street where the condo is located and great ice cream from several vendors. A convenience store and bakery are only a 5 minute walk from the place. My whole crew could not have asked for a better stay! Carlos was very responsive when I reached out! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Loved staying at Margarita's place! It had so many great amenities, the pool being the best one! We were so close to Fajardo, Seven Seas Beach, Luquillo Beach and El Yunque, even the ferry! So close to everything we wanted to do. The views are breathtaking! We spent a lot of time on the porch watching pelicans dive for their dinner. The kitchen was stocked with all sorts of pots and pans, anything you need to make meals of any kind. The AC was nice and cold and the beds were really comfy! Thank, Margarita!

Definitely 10/10. I really enjoyed my stay. I went for a girls trip with my best friend and we had such a great time. Felt super safe everywhere we went. The location is in the perfect spot because everything is near by. The view is breath taking. So many things to do at the place they have a pool, basket ball court, and tennis court. If you don’t have rackets or a basketball don’t worry, they have. Not only that but Gabriel has towels, beach chairs, mat, and umbrellas so that you don’t have to buy anything. Honestly can’t say one bad thing about the place. I did see some ants here and there but honestly they are so small and they don’t bother you. The balcony door gets stuck sometimes but just give it a little shove. Anyways, really enjoyed staying there and taking it all in. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric and Sheila's! It has everything you neef and it is incredibly peaceful--we enjoyed listening to the frogs at night and at the quieter end of the beach. We could easily walk down the beach either direction for different sized waves and activities. But we also enjoyed taking the beach chairs across the street and reading under the shade of the palm trees.

Me and my friends had our girls trip but galentines theme we had such a blast we felt safe , comfortable, the place was clean the beds were the best i got great sleep we enjoyed the view it was close to everything Nancy was so responsive sweet and informative we will be back on behalf of all us we had no complaints.

Nice and quiet place to stay. 3 min walk to the beach. There is supermarket near by as well , 5 mins walk. We rented car and easy trip to rainforest

My children and I had a wonderful time in San Juan. The apartment was very nice the backyard was the beach which they loved. Magda is wonderful she provided recommendations to the local children attractions. The apartment is gated with security at the front. Although it was a first floor apartment I didn’t hear the neighbors or no one above us. The airport is across the street but not walkable because it’s gated. A Uber back was $10 the grocery store Uber was $6. I would stay here again next time I travel back to San Juan if it’s available.
